Update Edit: 10.Jun.25 Heads up, There is new management and some of the food has changed. The tenders pale in comparison to the old stuff. The tenders are from a frozen bag now and they increased the prices and charged a dollar for bad fries. It’s the opposite of what it was before. I don’t recommend the tenders. Opposite of my previous review. I haven’t tried anything new but I probably won’t be back. Nice people working there, but the food matters most. Photo attached.

First time trying gusi’s, they have great specials for very reasonable prices. The chicken was very crispy and fresh. The pizza was ok. One thing I loved was the amazing customer service the lady answering the phone/at the counter is very sweet and patient. When I went to pick up I had box of fries, xl pizza, tray of chicken, and a 2 liter the cook came around the counter to open the door for me since my hands were full. Very nice people running this establishment. One thing that took me off guard tho is they do not have pizza available until 3pm despite opening at 11. If I could leave a zero stars for this eatablishment I would. The owner was rude and argued with me that he never set up a website to order food for his restaurant. My money was taken from my bank and when I came iny order was not done nor did the establishment know about my order. The owner argued with me saying I had to repay even after I showed proof of purchase. I would had happy payed for my order again but based on his attitude and lack of customer service I took my business else where. Plus the pizza isn't even that good.
