This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! NEVER HAVE MENU ITEMS, DIRTY, FILLED WITH CRACKHEADS, STAFF LOVES TO TELL YOU WHATS NOT AVAILABLE AND CANT NEVER TELL WHO'S THE MANAGER AS EVERYONE LOOKS UNENTHUSED AND SOMEHWAT DON'T WANNA BE THERE. 79TH ain't always got to be Ghetto and unequipped and why not just close??? Bring Wendy's in the neighborhood…. Says open at 6am but it’s 630 am and they not responding or taking orders! Close it down!!!! I had to re-edit to add to the bad customer service given by the Latinos that they now have let take over and work in there. I agree the place is cleaner, but it’s not ran smoother and you have to realize you’re in a predominantly black neighborhood is not best to use your native tongue and talking to us because we do not understand Nor do I want to go back to your neighborhood and run your restaurants With bad attitudes and Customer Service we spend our money here with the reason why this restaurant stays open us Black people in this neighborhood cause we’re the only ones that frequent it! Worst Burger King I've EVER been to. I stopped here for lunch, but I went to use the washroom first. I had to use the woman's restroom and it was FILTHY. Looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in DAYS. I can only imagine what the men's restroom looked like... All of the workers were sitting at a table. I made a statement about the restroom being nasty. No one responded to me. They all just looked at me like I had a problem. I preceded to walk to the front counter to place an order. FINALLY someone from the table came to take my order. I said to the young lady, "I was about to ask if anyone was working today?"... She responded, "You must got a attitude?"...I said, "No. I'm good. I woke up this morning, so I'm cool."... She responded, "Oh cause you act like you got a attitude. What you want?"...I replied, "Ma'am I don't have an attitude. All I did was make a statement about the restroom being nasty. You all looked at me like I said something wrong. I don't want anything to eat. Never mind."...I walked out. I will never purchase anything from this location ever again and this is a warning to everyone else as well. Stay far away from this ghetto and nasty...

I have placed orders twice at your location, specifically requesting plain sandwiches, and have unfortunately encountered consistent errors in fulfilling this simple request. Despite my repeated instructions for a PLAIN sandwich, whether it be a burger or a chicken sandwich, the items I receive do not align with my specifications. It appears that there may be some confusion or misunderstanding regarding the concept of "PLAIN," as I continue to receive sandwiches that are prepared differently from what I have requested. As a result of these consistent errors and the lack of attention to my preferences, I have decided that it is best to discontinue patronizing your establishment. Moving forward, I will be seeking dining options elsewhere where my requests can be accommodated accurately.
