I'm not going to lie, I love this place it's very clean on both sides, you can tell they stay consistent with the safety and sanitation, Customer service is always excellent and respectful from both the owners and store manager, to all walks of life, good time effort, and to top it off amazing food, no disrespect, but to the young woman who just made that last post , you are to be ashamed of yourself both as a parent and as a person I've never experienced any type of racism from this establishment, but I did notice that you're trying to make it about race maybe you should take a look at yourself. Thank you guys for opening up a Chicago Chicken Shack in the Roseland area We needed this restaurant in our community!!! The Grand Opening was phenomenal…The chicken was so GOOD with and without the Sauce!!! I will definitely be back soon! So many options on the menu to choose from not just chicken they have something for everyone….that My girl ain’t hungry deal is the Bomb & the Koolaid is so quenching and good!!! Special thanks to the owners Jesse & Vee the service was good and was welcomed with a smile… the prices were very good 100 wings for $100 now that’s a deal you can’t beat NO one has that deal, not on wings!!! 8-28-23, I tried this place. It's clean when you walk in and customer service was AWESOME. My only issue is that I odered 8 pieces of chicken with lemon pepper. When I got home there was no lemon pepper and the mild sauce I asked for on the fries and chicken, WASN'T THERE. I was given one small cup of sauce for 8 wings. I wasn't happy, next time I will check my food before I leave. Otherwise the chicken was good and hot.
02-16-2024 The online site says its open, you can go online and place your order. We get there and no one shows up until 11:15. A waste of time and driving. Ended up having to order lunch from somewhere else and get it delivered. NEVER AGAIN, TREAT YOUR...
