They're is Food salty meat is raw workers have really bad attitudes they don't like to put all the food you order in your bag they take almost an 1hr to make the food the work atmosphere is very unorganized and the bathroom toilets are nasty the sandwich I ordered had raw meat and old lettuce that had brown stains I ordered a pineapple dragon fruit lemonade and they gave me a frosted lemonade and didn't want to refund my money back plus there food portions aren't worth the price you get less for what you pay for on all there meals and the workers always touching there hair and face before giving you your food they always giving you the wrong order or someone else's food or drinks and the drinks are never cold and the ice taste like heavy chemicals they seem to not care about customers who are allergic to certain foods and they allow the workers to prepare the food drinks and ice cream without any glove protection on and they throw away your food when the drive through is too long and they tell you they didn't see your payment or your order after you paid for the food and refuses to give money back for food you paid for but didn't get I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here that use a lot of salt on there food and I also seen them tell a worker who had been there since 8am that they couldn't get a break after working from 8am to 6pm I just couldn't believe it because that kid looked so exhausted and hurt. Read moreI just had a very abrasive and unfortunate experience at this CFA location. I did not feel valued at all by the leaders of this store. Unfortunately, they have instructed their workers to not provide PAYING customers ONE salad dressing unless a salad is ordered. I’ve never experienced this level of sauce restriction before.
The leaders instructed staff to not even allow an up-charge for the ONE avocado line ranch that I prefer with my nuggets and fries. If I had asked for 2 or 5, that would be a different story because I understand how that would be unsustainable.
This decision to tell paying customers with a preference of sauces “no” is poor judgment on the part of the operator here. I could understand limiting the amount of sauces or (again) charging a nominal fee. However, they are just telling paying customers no, and that has left a very nasty taste in my mouth as someone who worked at a Chick-fil-A many years ago in high school.
There needs to be a more sensible and reasonable shift in this directive from the leaders here. This is not a “good look” for the company or this CFA location. What ever happened to the “core four” mentality? It starts at...
Read moreWow.. So fast! #In&Out (And greeted with a smile and little cow. 😊) .. As I arrived, I attempted to complete a mobile drive thru order but was having trouble. (The lady outside was gracious as she attempted to help me.) After just getting in the regular drive thru line, I had the thought of fully closing out of the app and opening it back up (the old 'computer' trick, right 😉). That worked! [Something to try if it happens to you.]
The lady allowed me to go back into the mobile drive thru lane (moving the cone).. Easily scanned the QR code (indicating I've arrived), pulled up, and within minutes 👀 I received my meal and was on my way!! Idk if this is typical of a Chick-fil-A drive thru mobile pick up (as it was my first experience), but that was the quickest service I've ever had! #AwesomeFirstImpression 😊
