Culver’s — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

General manager Davenia is the most incompetent, rude, grimey awful person I have ever encountered overall any time I come in to dine in she’s yelling and nagging staff. I see why everyone has an attitude and no type of emotion once so ever because they have to deal with abuse. It was other managers as well that exhibit the same rudeness and pettiness as her. When I come through the drive through good luck trying to hear the young ladies with the headsets on because all you can hear is yelling, other conversations that have nothing to do with the freshness of the food or accuracy, you just hear obnoxious laughing and profanity then once you get to the window same exact thing. You can’t blame the staff all the time for their bad behavior it starts from the top and works its way down. Then when you ask for a refund they don’t want to give it to you! It’s my money and I don’t want to spend it here anymore, atmosphere is very hostile as soon as you walk in. Just disgusting behavior every single time I come or my family comes! As usual food is burnt/ over cooked, fries cold and limp. For the price of everything it should be fresh and hot I want what I pay for! Overall experience terrible as usual. Please save your time and money and go to a more professional, pleasant, child friendly atmosphere. Do not waste your money here until the conditions approve get your money back if you have to. If this continues I wouldn’t be surprised if they close this location down. Baron Waller please stop in on this location and do a full inspection/ investigation of food safety and treatment of staff, people leave reviews for a reason! Yesterday during my visit I’m really concerned for this location certain managers in charge at this location are very very rude, I tried to get specific names to report them but when i asked the workers for the specific managers names they acted like they were scared to tell me which is very sad. I asked the managers in question their names and they ignored me. Every time I dine in they’re berating/bulling, even micromanaging the workers over nonsense! at this point they just yell just to yell, everyday I dine in and even when I’m at the speaker I hear yelling and profanity. I’m in the dining room eating and can hear everything happening in the kitchen mostly profanity which shouldn’t be happening at the work place anyways. I can’t even hear my conversation at the table without hearing them yell every two minutes unnecessarily. This is Culver’s it should be good vibes and good fresh food! Someone really really needs to investigate this location I would never let any of my friends or family apply because of the abuse I can see first hand when I’m there. Owner of this location, Corporate anybody please do a full investigation over the well being of the staff members because I haven’t seen any of this hostility and bulling at any other Culver’s and I’m glad I haven’t just sickening!!! Food is a hit or miss sometimes it’s fresh and sometimes it’s not, today my cheese wasn’t melted on my burger and the patty was over cooked and dry wasn’t even hot as if they cooked extra patties and put it to the side for later, fries were soggy, buns were cold and stale. Even if it does get busy at this location you shouldn’t push out bad and or old food just to get people out, we deserve what we pay for hot, fresh, made to order food!! If your looking to dine in a clean, calm, casual setting this is not the location for you or your young ones. Beware...
