Hi. At 6pm Friday night I placed an order at your Hegwish location for a ck shish ka bob diner and a gyros platter with feta chz and gyros sauce on the side. My order arrived at 7:30 (30 minutes after the promised time) and without the sauce or feta. I immediately called and let the young lady know and they told me that they were sending it right out and it would be here in 15 minutes. I then received a call from Doreen’s 10 minutes later questioning whether I asked for the Gyros plain or the pita plain like to assume this is somehow my fault they didn’t execute the order correctly. They then went on to tell me they could send out the sauce and feta but I have to wait till an order is coming this way and it would be 45 minutes or they could credit me for the chz and sauce for $3. I suggested they remake the gyros and send it with the sauce and feta as I ordered it in the first place and take the now cold sandwich back the manager WALTER said that was not an option be cause the sandwich is edible without feta or sauce??? I have worked in customer service for over 20yrs I am appalled by the lack of professionalism here. My family and I have been ordering from Doreen’s for years and have never had a problem. It is disappointing to know that when a mistake is made by the staff at Doreen’s they are not willing to accept responsibility and come to a resolution that satisfies both parties especially with the number of pizza establishments competing in the surrounding area. Is this the standard of service you have set for your establishment? Is this how loyal customers should expect to be treated should a situation occur? I like the pizza here but not enough to put up with poor customer service especially with as many pizza establishments...

As a new customer here I was a bit excited after reading the reviews to order a pizza. When I called I informed the person that answered the phone that I was new here and would be asking questions. The questions I asked seemed to annoy her so I ordered a large meat supreme for delivery, the total just coming short of 30$ I figured that's the cost of real quality. Spoiler alert It's not. Their pizza was a thin crust, which I totally support because making a thin crust pizza is a work of art. To get a thin crust that is crisp and light takes years of skill, so for the price I assumed that this was the case. It's not, this is a thin crust only because they over knead the dough casing it to be firm and flat. Biting into the dry dough and trying to rip the bite away had the distinct feeling of cardboard, with almost as much flavor. As the bland sauce assaulted my taste buds I was truly regretting my decision to order from this place. 30$ wasted, I know some may wonder why I didn't call back immediately, well after waiting over an hour for the "pizza" and calling twice already, I felt the person that answered the phone wouldn't be too willing to be of assistance. Also aside from a full refund there isn't much they could do, I had an appointment and couldn't wait another hour, nor did I want to subject my taste buds to that again.
I'm not a fan of national chains, however in this case I would recommend you, the potential patrons, to go any national chain instead of this place, go to Walmart and pick up a marketplace pizza. Cost to quality there at least would be worth it. Unless you're a fan of spending 30$ for a 9$ pizza. 1.5...
Read moreToday is a sad day for me because I truly love this pizza and never had an issue with pick up until the last 2 times that I've been there, the whole idea of picking up is so you don't have to wait as long for delivery both days I was told 35 minutes and waited almost an hour to be exact my pizza today should have been ready at 11:11 I did not walk out of the establishment until 11:24 While I was there I was complaining to my sister who was on the phone with me to tell her what was going on because she said I sounded irritated and the young lady at the counter who later told me she was a manager started yelling at me something over the counter I said excuse me but I am on the phone and I was not even talking to you And then she walked away shaking her blond ponytail I could not believe this I asked for manager she said she was a manager I asked who her manager was she said Bill, do you want him? I said no I need to get back to work I did let them know I will never be at this pizza place again, pizza places are in dime a dozen. I also did not get the plates I asked for.
