The ownerās responses to negative reviews is literally appalling. They are insulting unsatisfied customers regarding their ācomprehension skillsā which is beyond unprofessional. If your customers are complaining you should make an attempt to listen to them and correct your mistake OR improve your service.
Nowā¦. getting to my experience: Iāve been to this location multiple times starting from the week they opened. A few things: I have NEVER received an order with everything Iāve asked for. I order an extra cole slawā¦.go home and itās not there. An extra pepper, go home and itās not there. Request fried hard, go home and itās barely cooked. Iāve witnessed the woman co-owner literally running out of the store to catch up with a man bc she forgot his pop. And yet, the co-owner is insulting everyoneās ācomprehension skillsā but canāt remember to give folks the food and drink that theyāve paid for. Once, I purchased a 1/4 white and the meat smelled so bad I threw the food away.
I continued to go here ONLY because it was close to my home and the co-owner was nice at one point. Iāve been in this neighborhood for years and I appreciated the āfamily environmentā they provided in my community. Iāve watched about five different businesses occupy that building before it became a Haroldās and I grew up frequenting the corner store next door since I was a kid. With the sweetest and most kindest Mr. Samir owning the corner store next door at the time and this new family oriented Haroldās servicing the community it was all great. But it went downhill quickly and thatās unfortunate.
My 1 star is towards the food and service: the food leaves much to be desired and the service is unprofessional as you can see just by the ownerās responses. The family oriented feel they once provided is completely gone. If you decide to go here I would just suggest checking your bag and making sure you have everything you ordered before you leave the premises but as for me, I wonāt be returning. Hopefully they will improve their service and foodā¦my community...

I will never eat here again. Why would I bring chicken back that I threw in the trash? Cooks need some training just poor quality all the way around.
An apology wonāt change the fact that the food was disgusting Iām not digging in the trash to bring back trash but carry on! You guys are going to get somebody sick!

Update: the level of comprehension on the cook times of food for people who are running a restaurant business is absolutely trash. Also your level of unprofessionalism as a leader is why I wonāt waste a ounce of my time bringing back food that was supposed to be cooked in the first place. You are truly unbelievable have an amazing day! Work on the quality of your food and stop trying to clap back when you are wrong!!!!! The food is nasty...

I told her this was my 1st time coming , And I made the decision to come off their seeing the great reviews that were posted on Google. I myself am also a season Google reviewer. I must say the chicken was fresh and delicious when I get home I noticed that I left my credit card somewhere and that was the last place that I had used it and the gentleman told gentleman told me that if they have cards they placed it in the register and he opened up the register and there it was I was truly relieved . , When I told him my name and they hit my credit card. I want to say thank you very much for your honesty it's the MB and the staple in this neighborhood it would definitely spread the word about this delicious...
