Rock gut poison food! The driest corn beef I’ve ever had in my life! Horrible service the bread was dry like it was three years old yes I said three years! When I was in my 20’s this establishment had great sandwiches! The city of Chicago needs to shut that MF down for ever! Service clerk became agitated with me and the person who cut my meat apparently has no damn clue how to cut meat! I’ll never recommend or patronize this dump ever again! It needs to be renamed AP DUMP! I’m also making a complaint to get this dump closed down forever I work hard for my money and refuse to just give it away to some lazy people who don’t respect my business! I’ll never patronize this garbage company again! You need to teach those people how to cut the meat so that it’s not dry. But just like everyone else you’ll think that your customer is wrong! I’m so disappointed in your establishment and you as a black business owner! Your south shore location is horrible I got sick from the food there and now the Michigan location. IM FREAKING DONE! I hope CITY CLOSES YOUR...

My mother ordered corned beef sandwiches, hoagies and a wing tray for Christmas Eve dinner on December 17th. When she picked up the order on Christmas Eve, she received the corned beef sandwiches (she ordered these); a corned beef platter (she didn't order this) and no hoagies (she ordered these).

When she called to let them know about the error with the platter, the manager said that they couldn't take the platter back but didn't offer anything to correct it. She asked about a wing tray, he said that she could only get 10 wings and she would have to pay for them.

The manager said he took her order to the car. Mom admitted that she didn't look at the order at that time because the person who took the order confirmed that the order was good, and she had never had problems with orders before.

Needless to say, that put a damper on the dinner and my mother's spirit. She enjoys the food but the manager's refusal to correct the mistake is bad business and she'll be going other places that offer better...
