Panera Bread — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

This is 4 the Comer children's hospital location. 12/7/21.I am so dissatisfied with service from jaunita. Girl 1( long blondish hair), was very busy but always accommodating and nice.she asked girl 2 (blue hair) to make my vanilla cream brew. She came from the back with attitude. She asked girl 1, " she want half n half or almond". Granted I'm standing right there. I say " hi, i want half n half." She ignores me. Girl 1 says " half n half". I say" i ordered a Lg with extra vanilla pumps". She rolls her eyes and ignored me again. Girl 1 says "hey, she want extra pumps". Girl 2 says " yea, i did". Now I'm watching and she didnt. I tell her, no u didnt. I need the extra i asked 4. She closes, my lid. Sits cup down,ignores me and walks away. Rude, Nasty behavior to be in customer service. I asked girl 1 for her name. She didnt want to, but muttered Juanita. I have a sick kid in here, I'm already stressed and to be treated like this after spending well over $100 at Panera since we've been here is...

This week I had so many issues but I will say the management here is great except for the young lady with the pink hair she could use some more training in my opinion. Also the worker Keisha I don’t know if she’s new but she’s not familiar with the menu and she kept getting my order wrong and she gave me attitude when I told her after it was paid for then that’s when pink hair popped up so that was all bad there but another manager with glasses I didn’t get her name she fixed the problem very nice as well .

Anyway after that I had food in my hair 2 days in a row but management was very nice in replacing or refunding the food I really suggest hair nets be worn in the future hopefully for the ones preparing the food or everyone because that’s disgusting to have hair in your food but overall I’m being honest about my experience but it was handled properly...

When I got to this place some guy was upset and kept saying that he got charged $30 for just bread, I thought it was kind of funny not gonna lie. But then I ordered a coffee, sandwich, and a greek yogurt from the computer. I paid $15 for everything, then they called my name and only my sandwich was there. When I asked about my order they said I gotta make my own coffee which I don’t mind, but I paid extra money for expresso syrup and almond milk. They also said they didn’t serve yogurt because they didn’t have them there yet. If you don’t have a product why would you charge people for it and not give a refund.
