Unsanitary! & Poor customer service!!.. I am completely turned off!! I went in to order my son a Philly Steak sandwich meal.. First off I noticed none of the employees were wearing gloves while wrapping the food, (CHICKEN) MAINLY AT THIS TIME & they're all talking & laughing to one another, While SPIT is flying out their mouths! UNSANITARY, UNPROFESSIONAL & GHETTO BEHAVIOR! so we get home unwrapped the sandwich & fries.. My son is eating it & there is a hair in between the meat & cheese.. I inspect it.. & it's a weave hair.. It's not mines cause I don't wear weave, but the employees DO! THIS IS why they need to be wearing hair nets! UNPROFESSIONAL, NASTY & UNSANITARY once again! We won't be going back & I'm warning everyone I know as well! P. S. THIS IS WHY WHITE PEOPLE STEREOTYPE US LIKE THEY DO & DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH US! Ashley my cashier/server she ALWAYS has had a beautiful spirit even when answering the phone taking orders. I knew immediately it was her that took my order on tonight, especially the way she addressed me; she addresses me by Queen, the name I give restaurant when I order food. Ashley addressed me with grace. I’m almost certain that it isn’t just me she addresses like that; and I pop love that for her! She should get some form of recognition if she doesn’t already and or become a manager if she solely wants that position; BIG BLESSINGS to Ashley 🙏🏽❤️

As for I have not been disappointed with the service nor the food ESPECIALLY the fresh ready to order chicken 🫶🏽😋🙌🏽😋 I’m from the west side of Chicago and I come all the way over east to Red Roosters to get my chicken!!! I haven’t found a place on the Westside with well seasoned and fresh chicken yet! I been so eager to get to Red Roosters for the past 2 weeks to where as when I made it out there I sat in my car and ate some of my food right then and there; I couldn’t wait till I made it home. They used to be pretty good but to me they are going down fast. I’m not sure if it’s because The Local Market is taking business or what. Their prices have always been a little high but now the quality is getting really bad. Yesterday I stopped in a little before closing time. I ordered the from the Pick Two menu 2 catfish and 3 wings for $8.99 only to find out that no fries or greasy bread came with it. When I got home I found one (1) catfish filet cut in half to make 2 pieces and three of the smallest wings I’ve ever seen in my 62 year old lifetime. This is not acceptable at all to me. I also ordered a cheesecake cup which they neglected to put in the bag.

The customer service is apparently suffering also because while I was in there a customer walked in desperately needing to use the bathroom. He said he would order but first things first. They did not unlock the door so the man could use the facility. These people showed no compassion whatsoever and if this happened to me I would never come back to spend a dime...
