Good things When it's available, the BBQ is good. The jerk chicken is good sometimes.

Issues Constantly out of menu items even early in the day. Out of 7 attempts at ordering tips, they only had them 2 times.

The jerk dinner is inconsistent.

The prices change from what is printed on Grub Hub. I placed an order and then was charged extra for an order change that I did not make. I contacted GrubHub and was told it was done at the store and they had no way of knowing what the cause of the order change was. I'm not sure if the restaurant just doesn't know how to set their prices or if this is theft or just a mistake. I'd love to support them but I can't. I...

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDERED FOOD FROM THEIR FOOD TRUCK IN DOWNTOWN. I WAITED IN LINE 40 minutes I WAS SO LOOKING FORWARD TO TRYING OUT THE FOOD. And from the moment I ordered my food and waited to receive my food they literally took 35 minutes. 7 people after me that ordered received their food before I received mine it was a simple lunch special dark jerk chicken with a side of Mac and yams. They said rice and peas were also included with the special which they were not included. When I asked if I should cancel my order after 35 minutes, my food was magically ready. MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO AVOID...

The Jerk chicken and Jerk Sauce were very good. The Rice & Beans wasnt bad but I didn't like the sweet gravy that was on it. The Plantains were old, stale, & dry and I was only given 3 small ones. Mac & cheese was awful, it was very watery and was more like a mac and cheese soup; I never had mac & cheese float in a container before.

I probably won't go back because Plantains are the main side dish I want when I eat jerk chicken & I wont even go to a Jerk chicken restaurant if they don't serve plaintains but if I return, I will get the Jerk Chicken Dinner Dark without sides & get plaintains & sides...
