Shark's Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

I went here last night and I will say this is the most disgusting, unprofessional place I have ever been. For starters I called to place an order the lady who answered the phone told me to hold when I was on 75th s Michigan and by the time I made it to stoney island I was still on hold. When my sister and I arrived there was one person in there and it took the lady 10min to even acknowledge us. The other counter told her how rude she was and not customer friendly and even told the owner. I placed my order 1st b4 my sister for a small tail and my sister for a large tail well an hour later my sister cat fish tail was ready and mine was not they forgot all about my order. (Sad) As we waited for an hour other customers began to pile in and let me tell you utilize was a disaster. They took at least 15min each to take each customer order, the lady at the register got into an argument because of her nasty attitude and unprofessionalism. She literally got an to an argument with customers and to top it off it was nasty and unsanitary. I will never in my entire life go here again and I warn every one else from going here to. I had a call-in order of a Large Catfish (all steaks) fried hard. When I got it home it looks good, smells good, and even had a little bit of a nice flavor. But, it was one piece in the batch that did not look right and I was sure as hell that the cook or the preparer of this meal saw the same thing I saw. I just knew it would be impossible that this place would sell bad fish. Part of the piece of fish had a dark spot, and if I wasn't such a picky eater I would have bit right into it and ended up sicker than what I ended up being. However I should have reported this to the Health Department. My symptoms were fatigue, headache, vomiting a clear yellow tangy liquid, and I could not take the smell of other foods. You put it together and do the math. This post is bad enough for the business, i wish there was an option for zero stars, I will not be back. This restaurant won't last long. I will and past this information on. I don't condone patronizing neighborhood businesses that provide bad quality food...

This is the worst Sharks in the city of Chicago. Please don't go to this Sharks. The service is the worst and the cook is horrible. I went here yesterday with my daughter 11/30/17. The cook dropped food and the floor and put in back in the fryer. Myself and other customers saw him do this. When I asked for a refund I was told that I would have to come back tomorrow for a refund . Due to the cashier being new and no manager or supervisor on site. After I raised hell and call the police who never showed up. The cashier got on the phone with the manager/owner who authorize her to give me a refund.
