DO NOT EAT HERE. The person who took my order was pleasant, but when I called back to share that my order was wrong, the manager got on the phone and yelled "I checked that order, its not wrong". First,I sent pictures and was still told that I was lying. Then, I took the food back to the restaurant. The management and the cashier opened the contaner of the food, and used the top of the container to look at the meat. This is unsanitary. All for management to tell me yea there is other meat in there, but the order is right. How Sway?
They basically played in the food expecting me to take that back home to eat a wrong order that had been played with, after coming through a national pandemic. I am good. The management refused to accept her mistake, making insults and saying rude things while at the back with the cooks, but I clearly heard her. She even told me that other people spend more money there than I do.
She refused to remake a complete order to satisfy my order even though the manager did acknowledge that other meat was in my food . Why are you arguing when you are wrong and it's your job as an establishment to give me what I paid for!

Read moreI called in my order at 912pm and was told it would take about 40 to 45 minutes. I arrived at 955pm and am still here waiting at 1023pm. I have never ordered from here before but this experience is leaving me with the feeling that I won't be returning. I will provide feedback on the quality of the food if I don't get a refund based on the wait time. Food finally came up at 1048. Edit here: They responded today 5/24/22 (this was in regards to my experience there on 5/12/22 which shows that their responses even take a long time) with what I see is their standard response which you can read in every negative post. The food was ok although the portions were small. The manager was there when I had the issues so clearly speaking to the manager isn't a help. I told the young lady at the counter that I would never prepay for food there again. I can't imagine how they think it's ok to delay an order by over an hour and tell a customer that they won't refund your money because they are moving slow. Beware if you go in. Read moreI came into the establishment at 8:36p to purchase two jerk salmon dinners. I live 5 mins away and when I got home the salmon was hard and dry and didn’t appear to be fresh and definitely not at the 25 min wait. I called the establishment at 10:15p asked to speak to a manager a young lady answered and said she would get a manager on the phone only for her to return to the phone. I gave her a description of the food we received and she stated that everybody taste buds were different and some other nonsense, not once taking accountability. Whomever the person preparing the food began yelling in the background after she suggested that the establishment would check the expiration dates being really hostile towards my complaint and to the young lady on the phone. He became very defensive and she did a horrible job listening to my concerns as she over talked, and continued to argue and defend herself with the male in the background.
