KFC — Restaurant in Lake Township

This KFC doesn’t care about its customers!

On May 28, 2025, I placed an online order between 6:55 and 7:05 PM and went to the drive-thru to pick it up. The lady with short hair told me to come inside for my order. I asked her why, since I was already in the drive-thru, but she didn’t respond. When I went inside and asked her again, a coworker suggested it was “maybe because of the drinks.” It seemed they were too lazy to serve my drinks! There were no other customers, and they weren’t busy at all!

If we order online and specify what type of drink we want, why aren’t they prepared to serve it? It’s an online order. They are supposed to have everything ready for the customer, but it seems like they just don’t care.

Additionally, I ordered four biscuits but only received three. I believe they didn’t include the last one because they were too lazy to wait for the other biscuits to come out. To make matters worse, the chicken was burned.

I was really disappointed today. I’m so frustrated and saddened by this experience with such lazy staff. KFC, please do a better job and stop hiring people who aren’t committed to...

If I could put 0 stars I would. This store is the worst experience I have had with ordering food on door dash. Not only was my order not fulfilled at all when I ordered it over two hours before closing but I had 4 different drivers show up to pick up my order and 3 left and one finally told me what was going on. My dasher in Spanish told me that he went inside to pick up my order and the employees told him to leave that they will not give him my order. Not only was I unhappy as a customer but the driver had to lose on a dash trip as well. A complete waste of time. I waited hours for my food , called the store no answer and had to wait so long just for my order to get cancelled which was after the location had closed. This location should be closed down. This is the worse KFC I ever experienced. Receipt/Ticket #3092 8-23-24 time 5:26pm First I want to say the young lady at the register was very nice/respectful and helpful I truly appreciate her service. Now the food is horrible and wrong order. I ordered three(3)original chicken thighs and three(3)original chicken wings. Two macaroni cheese/one fries and five(5) biscuits. Made it home. I have four(4)thighs and three(3)legs? All uncooked it’s so disgusting I can’t even eat the skin only. The biscuits are uncooked like dough and the Mac and cheese is dry but the fries was great hot and well seasoned. I didn’t go back because it’s all my fault.
