Shark fish & chicken — Restaurant in Lake Township

I haven't been to sharks in a long time. Last time I went I wanted a Philly cheese steak sandwich but I was told th ey didn't have the "ingredients." Well fas forward to today Nov 01 2024 around 7pm or so. I walked in ordering the same thing & I get told because the guy is by himself he can't make it lmao. But he can fry chicken & everything else while he's alone right. Makes zero sense. You lose out on business like that. If you not willing to make it that remove it from your menu all together or hire more cook's so you don't lose the money. I took my business to subway. This place has great food quality, especially after the new management, the food is great, you should try it, the food is well seasoned and the fries are really good with the Lemon pepper, and quality of the food is perfect, you can tell, also they gave me a the own sauce for this location the Honey Hot, it was really good with the wings you should get it, it is very tasty, I recommend this place to eat from on 61st & western. I Tried the Chicken wings, which it was amazing, and the catfish, Philly steak, Catfish fillet, Legs& tight, which it was also amazing, I loved it. Just bought chicken wings for my children and a chicken Philly for myself, I asked for everything to be on the sandwich with salt pepper and ketchup on my fries I get home, my Philly is plain with only onions Bell peppers cheese and mayo, I call to see if I can take it back untouched to get one exactly prepared how I ordered it and was told to just bring the sandwich and they can add on what's missing instead of taking this one and preparing my Philly over exactly how I ordered...
