Drive thru is usually quick in the morning but be prepared for nasty attitudes and sarcastic comments from the ladies that work there. I’m not EVER going to this location again. I pulled up to the intercom and ask the young lady to give me a second while i decide on what I wanted. No one was behind me or in front of me. So i asked if they had a breakfast platter. I didn’t receive an answer so i asked again. No answer. So i said “hello?” The worker rudely told me she will be right with me. I patiently waited and she finally came back and asked for my order. So i asked about the breakfast platter and her sarcastic response was “yes we have it, it should be on on there (the menu).” So i told her that if I could see it on there then I wouldn’t be asking her about it now would I?” I then preceded to tell her nevermind and I drove off. Read moreTerrible! I counted 8 workers and no one in line or waiting. We stood there as most of the work crew chatted, joked and laughed. When she finally came to take our order, she stopped mid-order to address a food delivery driver that came in way after us. Whatever happened to 1st come 1st served or saying excuse me, my apologies... awful customer service! We ordered 4 meals w/drinks. We were going to dine in but she rudely let us know they didn't have any trays. Yeah, only 1 customer dining, No TRAYS and dirty tables🙄( Well can I at least get a rag to wipe off the table because I guess I work here now), wth!!! I was totally convinced that several team members must've called off because it was extremely slow in the line. However, once I finally got to the window it was packed with employees. Don't know how the managers manage their staff but more training and coaching wouldn't be a bad idea. Moving along, mozzzarella fries were a part of my order and they were old, cold and hard. A total waste of money because the birds wouldn't even eat them once I threw them out the window in Save A Lot's parking lot.
