Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a bottle of water. The worker behind the counter put the pizza in the oven and when he took it out the pepperoni was burned so bad it curled up in a ball and turned black, The Crust also crisp, the center was soft and not fully cooked. I explained to the worker the pepperoni was burned, the pizza shouldn't look the way it did. He kept telling me it was done correctly and refused to fix or make it over. It was unpresentable, temperature was wrong and service was bad. Since he wouldn't fix it, i asked him to take pepperoni off and id cook it through my self. He then proceeded to charge me for a pepperoni after it was packaged and when i asked why was i being charged for pepperoni and I'm purchasing cheese he told me “Dont ask for pepperoni next time just say cheese” i told him he had to change it to cheese because it was something obviously wrong with the oven. Finally I just went there to see what was going on. My food was just sitting in the counter for who knows how long. Last time I ordered, the same thing happened. But this time when I got there, they had not even started my food. They were in the back talking and laughing. No other customers were in the store.
