I’ve had some good experiences with this store (which is why I gave it two stars), but most of the time, I walk away with a headache. For instance, one time, I drove all the way across town with my small child to this store because of their drive through. Anyone with small children know how much easier it is to go through a drive through when you have a baby. Upon my arrival, the drive through window was closed because it was snowing... so I had to get my baby out of the car and walk inside because of a few flakes of snow. I was quite irritated. Then tonight, I called and ordered one pizza over 25 minutes before I arrived. I was told it would be 15 minutes. When I arrived, they hadn’t even started my pizza. I then had to wait another 5 minutes or more, only to have one of the workers come out and try to hand me the wrong pizza! I then had to wait for them to make me the right pizza. I feel like this place has really gone downhill.
UPDATE: After looking at my receipt, I realized I was actually charged for the WRONG pizza, despite the fact that I corrected the staff and was eventually given the right pizza. I received an order for a stuffed crust pizza for someone named “Kevin”, and I was charged $15 for this pizza, when my order should have only cost me $12 for a regular crust pizza. Read moreI went in to get a pizza today for me and a friend, and I waited over an hour for the pizza to be made, not only that but it was made wrong, employees gave her attitude and they refused to replace her incorrect cheese pizza because they were "backed up". Not only that but the Mediterranean was made wrong, and most of it was piled in the middle. this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I deserved to be given what I payed for. We get pizza almost every wednesday but this week and last week were absolutely infuriating. I assumed last week that it was because maybe they were short an employee or two. But for it to happen two weeks in a row, not to mention the two employees I look forward to talking to and seeing every wednesday were not there. The employees were in disarray with what seemed like nobody taking control and feeling people what to do. it felt like I was watching a children's classroom. I dont want a replacement, I just want to inform you your current employees at the broadway location are the reason I'm not going to go back anymore. I used to recognize a few employees there but I didnt see them today or last week. I will be unrecommending this location to my friends and family. If things keep up same way these last two wednesdays have been they're going to lose many more customers...
Read moreOrdered online and waited the alloted time before arriving for pickup. When we arrived there wasn't a employee in sight. After 3 -5 minutes two employees came out from the back room and waited an additional 3 minutes before greeting us. We were informed that the pizzas still needed to be made. A third employee then came out of the back room. One employee was seen eating food while on make line and playing with her hair. When asked when the manager would be in the following day, one employee stated that he wouldnt be in tomorrow, another said "we have the right to refuse service to anyone and you have been nothing but rude this whole time." Nothing was said to the employees until asked about the manager. Employees became defensive when asked about the manager and was the one who was rude. This is not acceptable or professional behavior. Three employees on the clock no customers in store or in drive through, ones eating and playing with their hair and the other in lala land. There should be a night manager or supervisor on night shift. It's unsanitary and plain outright disrespectful the way we were treated. I understand they are teenager but teenagers still need supervision and direction from an adult. I will no longer be coming to this...
