Roadhouse Saloon — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

Great place!!!! Always something fun going on, I mean from pool leagues, darts, snowman building contests, Summer Luas with huge water slides, Christmas stockings hung for everyone or HARRY's sock he took off. 2 Pool tables, Dart Boards, Lottery, On line Jukebox, Punching bag machine, Kareokee a few nights a week with cool KJ's, Pinball, Huge variety of different Bands on all weekends and some random gem Bands they get when they're cruising thru town for a night. A fantastic, fun, professional, friendly and talented staff ( I mean it... they are fast, funny, beautiful, witty, kind and educated.) Their drink knowledge is impressive (or its a shot of Jack for everyone or an ice cold Honey Badger) always coldest beer in town frosty Mugs pints and shots! They do drink specials happy hour daily and occasionally jello shots!!!! They really are great they are kind and they wont send you to an abandoned parking lot if you need directions to somewhere (I know weird and why?) Good and fun dancers of all types... 🕺great dance floor that fills up on the weekends so get there early for a good table! They have a hundred great signs hanging everywhere in the place, you'll keep finding funny ones everytime youre there. Then get ya some outdoors.....Amazing huge back yard with a nice outdoor Stage for bands when weather permits.... It is so fun and relaxing always great regulars around keepin' things alive and funny, generally just a friendly place with great food and fun folks. A good time and the regulars cracking ya up with some of their shenanigans going on. Its a laid back great gem with a warm atmosphere. No smoking inside for the haters, ( j/k kinda) but a great back yard with lots of space and a comfortable chill front patio in front with benches and tables to hang and visit with friends. Outback when lucky they have fun events, there's a Bar in the yard "The Shack" so you don't miss a single minute of the fun or concerts going on. Covered Patio, beautiful flowers, planters with the seasons prettiest summer flowers all around the concrete seating areas with adorable woiden benches. Plus they have pretty little flower beds tucked in the corners all around the patio. Just a fun fantastic beautiful yard with seating areas to sit and visit & catch up (sometimes if you're lucky some beautiful white doggies are around to say hi ;)))))) A relaxing firepit with benches to warm ya up on a chilled fall night. Very tall grand trees surrounding the yard, with a very large beautiful stone privacy wall, so no hearing those crazy party animals in the RV park behind the place...which is in small walking distance to the bar which has terrific food from a great Ribeye to tasty burgers of all sorts, comes with hand cut fries, waffle fries, onion rings, or tator tots, good appetizers Mac n' Cheese bites, Mozz sticks, fried mushrooms, corn bites, zucchini, a nice Chicken Alfredo pasta dinner with garlic bread, Fish n Chips, Carne Asada or Ck or both Nachos, finger steaks, CK strips or Great Chicken and steak Salads, bar munchies to die for, Best Philly Cheesesteak and French Dip in miles. Then outback there's also Horseshoe pits, The Owner's are great, the Staff, regulars, cooks, KJ's and a great Maintenance guy named DeathBlade (he tries to play it off as Bryce but really ask him why he stiffles DeathBlade? ) Oh ya he likes weird questions too especially from strangers. So remember there's no dumb questions when it comes down to it, just ask away. Even if he plays lost or confused hes a kidder at heart... Just ignore that and keep gettin' to know him. You will love this place they have done a ton of hard work on this place, you wont be...

This was my second time visiting Roadhouse Saloon with my mom, who’s a regular and has always spoken highly of it. While my first visit was great, this last one was nothing short of a huge disappointment. We both ordered wings, I ordered boneless original buffalo, and my mom ordered bone in salt and vinegar. After waiting over 3 hours (while being patient and no complaints from any of us) neither of us ever received the correct food. I was brought bone in original buffalo…. and then boneless Korean BBQ instead of the boneless buffalo i originally ordered, and my mom never received her salt and vinegar wings. The server realized what I ordered is not what she brought out. And my mom brought up what she ordered is not what she received (some sort of spicy bone in wings). she kindly brought that to our server’s attention, she acknowledged the mistake and said she’d get it fixed. The owner then came over, and instead of listening or helping, she decided to argue with my mom, telling her she had received the salt and vinegar wings (which was not true). The owner even took the wrong wings we had been brought (the korean bbq) and tried to twist the situation, mixing up who got what and what was ordered in the first place. She said we had originally ordered honey bbq…. YOU DONT EVEN CARRY HONEY BBQ! and nobody even ordered that anyways! My mom was calm and polite, not confrontational at all. She was just trying to get the issue resolved. The owner on the other hand, was dismissive, rude, and flat out disrespectful. She said, “I don’t have time for this,” and walked off. The only redeeming part of the night was the drinks, which were decent. But honestly? Not worth the headache, disrespect, or the 3 hour wait for food that never even came correctly. For a place that prides itself on having “regulars,” the way my mom was treated was shameful. We won’t be back and I don’t recommend this place. Came from out of town to hear a band in the outside venue. The venue was nice, roomy & comfortable. However seating was very limited & for some reason there was dog poo on the lawn where everyone was walking. It was easy to get drinks from the outside bar. The food service was the worst I have ever seen in a bar. It took 110 minutes to get our order. Everyone was complaining about the inability to get food. The staff acted like they were surprised to have all these people in the bar. The systems they have in place for food ordering, cooking & delivery are grossly inadequate. We would have ordered 2x's the drinks if we had food in our bellies. The 2nd issue was the sound guy. We listened to the band sound check & it was great. But when the second band came on stage the sound was horrible. It took around 40 minutes before it was fixed. The sound guy was arrogant. This was our 3rd time seeing the band & this venue did not...
