Crumbl desserts are very good, indeed, but VERY overpriced. I've purchased from them twice, and got a variety of items and sizes. Astounded that there are upcharges of $0.69 to $0.99 per item on certain items. Tried to figure out if there was some sort of extremely costly ingredient in these items to justify the additional charges. Still stumped by that.
Bottom line, if you want an occasional treat, (or friend or loved one requests Crumbl for a birthday or special occasion), you won't be disappointed by the taste, but be prepared to pay A LOT.
Customer service was fine when I got curbside delivery, but I wasn't impressed by the customer service I received in store. Employee argued with me about my order, which was wrong. Change I requested was across the board the same. I finally gave up and left...

I ordered 6 cookies online today, 2 sugar, 2 twix and 2 chocolate chip. Great. They took my online payment and I went to pick up. I get there and I'm told that the 2 twix and 2 sugar are out of stock!? I ask how they could take payment for something they did not have and I was informed that if people come in before they pack the orders, they sell the in person customer the cookie you already paid for! So essentially they sell cookies twice? They did offer for me to come back in an hour, but I didn't feel like wasting more gas and more time so they started a refund for me. From now on I will only go in person so they don't sell my order to...
Read moreWe ordered online and drove all the way from Kuna because this was the only location that had both of the cookies we wanted. After we get there I take the box to my car and double check, our order is wrong. I go back in and the lady tells me they were out and she made a substitution. What is even more frustrating is she didn't bother telling me this when she handed them to me initially. Why accept an online order if you don't have the item and then try to pull one over on the customer by sealing the box with a sticker, hoping they don't catch it before they leave. The cookies are overpriced anyways but worth it on occasion. Just not with an extra 15 minutes tacked on the drive just to get the...
