They charged me the wrong amount, I asked for extra butters and honey but gone none, my corn was cold and wasn't even filled to the halfway point (it was laughable), no greeting, no smiles, no pleases or thank you, the employees I interacted with were filthy, when I pointed out they charged me wrong Kaitlin just looked at me with a blank face, no response, after I nicely repeated it several times hoping it would sink in, she frowned and said "it's only a dollar", and rolled her eyes. Then she said "I don't know how to do it", whatever that means. After a long uncomfortable moment, she started punching buttons confusingly, and repeated with a scolding tone that she "didn't know how to do it". I suggested maybe she ask someone. This aggravated her and she shouted to someone, who came over for a moment, but then said they also didn't know then laughed and walked off, eventually some kind of disheveled "supervisor" popped out of a little office visibly irritated. He scowled & barked at me "what is it?". I explained, and after angrily punching buttons on the register he shoved a dollar bill at me without comment and stormed away. This location has some SERIOUS issues. The person taking my order was completely brain dead. I know it's a fast food joint, and I don't expect the moon, but come on. I don't get how it is possible to be so incompetent. Go into this place and you will just be met with a blank, empty, slack-jawed stare. If you bring to their attention they failed to put what you paid for into the bag, they will become irate. Straight out of that...
Read moreThis is the lowest rating I've ever given any food place ever. I wish I would have known how terrible this place was in advance. I love KFC and am really sad and disappointed by my experience today at this location. You can tell the workers there don't know what they're doing. They need tons of training still. Not sure about the manager. However, the drive-thru line took forever this evening when I pulled up and ordered. They kept asking the same question telling me to please hold and then re-asking the same question over and over and over again. Once I pulled up they apparently charged me for the wrong order. After they found that out they tried to get the manager to refund me which isn't bad except that I had to sit there and wait in the line for over 10 minutes while cars kept piling up behind me. Only to be refunded a couple cents? That makes no sense! Once I tasted my food it was infuriating. The biscuit was terrible. Completely rock hard. Couldn't even bite into it. I only ended up getting one piece of chicken even though I ordered two. The mashed potatoes side was the only good thing about my order. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. I hope they really figure it out there or should...
Read moreReview of Kentucky Fried Chicken
I recently visited a KFC location, and I have to say, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. If I could give it a grade, it would barely scrape by with a D-minus. The food was absolutely terrible. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked hours—maybe even five—before I ordered it. It was dry, bland, and completely lacking the signature flavor I’ve come to expect from KFC.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in their phones and having a good time than providing decent customer service. One employee, in particular, had a wannabe gangbanger vibe that didn’t inspire confidence in the establishment. It felt like they were more focused on socializing than serving fresh food to customers.
I’ve always enjoyed KFC, but this experience was a wake-up call. The owner of the company should seriously consider how to improve hiring practices and ensure that employees take pride in their work. Overall, the food was mediocre at best, and I walked away feeling like I wasted my time and money. I hope this location can turn things around, but based on my visit, it’s clear there’s a lot of room for...
