Del Taco — Restaurant in Idaho

And by looking by the reviews at this place probably going to be shut down really soon doesn't seem like anybody's too happy about this place The only people you're going to get here or the people that don't know traveling at the airport The burritos are nothing like the picture They barely have anything in them. Very disappointed with this chain guesd back to Taco Bell it is. But being I have a 48 hour layover till my plane leaves and I'm here for 2 days and I only have $9 in my name I spent the 7:42 on two burritos there were only half of the size of the picture ones which is really disappointing because I plan on eating one now and taking me back and eating it tomorrow well they were so small that I had to eat both of them and now I'm sitting here with nothing I would have never came here and spent my money at this place knowing that their portions were small never been to a del Taco before and I'll never go to one again at least with Taco Bell I already know what I'm going to get and I usually get a good value there and I think it tastes better too so Good...

What is happening at this location!?!?! Is the manager stupid or does corporate decide to make bad decisions? When someone orders ahead for example, Uber eats, call in, Door dash, online, MAKE THE ORDER WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT!!!!! People are literally ordering ahead so it will be ready for pick up when they arrive. Also please acknowledge people who are patiently waiting at the counter. I have had to decline orders going out for delivery because of wait times exceeding 10 minutes or more at least 3 times. I've also been ignored in the lobby at the counter just trying to place an order for myself. I'm polite and understand working in a restaurant is difficult but seriously 10 minutes wait times just to be acknowledged. I've walked away empty handed too many times from this location. I don't know what's going on at this location but they need to fix it. I went here with a few friends and after we ordered I was not offered a receipt - which I wanted. While ordering the woman taking my order was not pleasant to talk to. My food was cold and chewy, which took a while. Very disappointed and grossed out. They ended up giving us someone elses order as well, thankfully we got that sorted out with the family. When I received my food, I was missing something and debated for about 5 minutes whether to say something or not. I eventually went to the counter to ask and they walked up to the counter with the item, gave it to me and said "here." in a very annoyed and unpleasant tone.
