Sadly changing from a four star down to a one. The last two orders I've placed via the app have been completely messed up and I ended up with literally nothing for my money. The first time I ordered three burgers for three kids. Asked for lettuce tomato ketchup only. they came with everything including mustard and onions which meant of course my kids wouldn't touch them, and no tomato which I happened to pay extra for. Then today we ordered four drinks checked in at 103 and finally left at 1:16. After 13 minutes of whining kids I just couldn't handle it anymore. I tried hitting the button to let them know we were leaving but they never responded. Came back an hour later after an appointment to try to fulfill our order, someone came out and talked to me, and then after 15 minutes the same nonsense. Hit the button no one would answer try to call it just rings and tell Verizon finally says your caller is not available. What the heck is going on Sonic? You used to be our favorite drive-thru restaurant. Just to be clear this review is for the Sonic on orchard near Fairview. I would absolutely love a manager to respond to this. Just to give the full picture, when they messed up the burger order and I called them when we got home they said I could come back over and they would fix it, but of course I'm not going to load the kids back up after we're already home. So they said they would put my name in a book and fix it the next time we came through. they said next time it'll be free, and I thought it's not really free I already paid for it and it had to throw it away because you screwed it up. Read moreThis has been by far the worst experience. I hardly ever eat at sonic, I don’t know the menu. I looked over the menu and press the button to ask comparison questions about the #2 & #3, I decided to go with 2 #2’s which is what i literally asked for, then I asked who much would it be to switch the fountain drink for a slushy Ally answered the question but by this I can tell in her tone that she’s bothered. I first asked about the chicken wraps sauce, but instead of her answering my question she added it to my order which isn’t what I wanted. After I ordered (while ordering I asked my girls if they wanted fries or tots) Ally was still at the speaker. I also asked for 4 ranch sauces the charge was .20 ea so I asked if they were big or small Aly said they were big so I only ordered 2, once I got my order the both ranch and fries were missing. I pushed the button to let them know my ranch were missing they said to check under the burgers.. indeed they were missing, a gal came out to give me the ranch they were the small regular size ranch packets, I let her know the fries weren’t in there (she wasn’t happy with me) she went in after I asked for the manager. Manager came out, upset at me telling me that I got what I order and if I didn’t it was my fault because I didn’t double check the screen. He was rude he was so upset he was shaking, he told me to leave that he was done talking to me. He said thinks have changed and that customer service today doesn’t look like it did when I was young. And it took a long time and I was okay with that I waited I listen to my music I played on my phone and then the lady came out and I rolled down my window and I'm like it how you doing and she's like oh doing pretty good but your orders are always so hard to make that it puts them behind so far and that there are only two people on. she wanted to know if at all possible could you please order ahead so that we can start them and I'm like okay whatever had to punch my little card and I went away. I did not appreciate nor did I deserve to be told that I can't order what I'm going to order when I'm going to order it that I had to order ahead for drinks even if I ordered ahead I live less than so they still would not have a long time to get them.
