I am not one to normally write these kinds of reviews, but the way I was treated while I was in there alone with my two-year-old is something I want to make sure gets addressed. Let me preface this by saying, I do not live close to this subway at all. I happened to be in the area a couple weeks ago and stopped by to grab a couple sandwiches with a "buy two footlongs for 12.99" coupon. I got my normal BLT, along with another for my spouse. Upon checking out, I gave the woman (Debbie) my coupon, and the amount of the bill came out to $20.56. I asked Debbie why it was $20, just to be told that it was because they charge it as a veggie sandwich and add bacon. I said okay and went on my way. Once I was in my vehicle, heading home, I decided to look at my subway app. On the subway app, you can order a BLT. I tried it, and used the code, and sure enough it was 12.99 plus tax. I called this subway, spoke with Debbie about the situation, She spoke with her manager Amber and I was then told the next time I come in, they will honor the 12.99 coupon. Debbie specifically told me that they would put a sticky note in the back office with my name and number on it.
Fast forward to today, I was in the area again visiting my parents, decided to stop by this same subway and was greeted by a nice young man. I asked him about the situation, and he stated he was going to run to the back to look into it. Debbie came up front, addressed me as if I was stupid, and told me she would need to call her manager before honoring the 12.99 deal. After a couple minutes, she comes up to the front, advises me that normally they would never do this, and that next time (?) I would need to come in within 48 hours and not a couple weeks later. HAD i known this, I would have come in sooner but like I said, I do not live close to this location. Debbie stated "we will give you these for free this time" in a condescending voice in which I responded that I do not want them free, and that I would like to just be able to pay the 12.99. Debbie rudely interrupted me again and stated that they will give them to me for free. I thanked Debbie, and also reiterated how strange it was that the app will let me order two BLT's with this deal, but that it became this big of an issue in the restaurant to honor that same deal. Debbie interrupted me once again, and pointed to the young man beside her, and stated, "he will make your sandwiches, have a good day" and walked away. This entire situation was not handled professionally and I truly felt like I was being treated like I was stupid. I have worked in customer service, and I don't think this was appropriate. Read moreDespite there being almost no line the staff member helping me seemed incredibly rushed and I had to literally grab his attention several times to actually give the details of my order and he still got it wrong. I ordered the new brisket (which is an 12ish dollar sandwich), after weighing the portions he immediately threw the meat in the oven without asking if I wanted the bread, sauce, or cheese toasted. So I grabbed his attention and asked him to toast the bread with the barbecue that's supposed to go on the meat and the recommended cheese with some onion and bell pepper. As soon as the meat was done heating he literally slapped it on the bread and closed the sandwich, preparing to cut it without asking if I wanted any vegetables, sauces or seasonings. I had to literally grab his attention and tell him I wasn't done to stop him from cutting and wrapping the sandwich. I was so taken aback by how rushed and curt he was being, that I didn't even realize he hadn't toasted the bread or cheese. Overall the most dissatisfying sandwich and service I've ever received...
Read moreWe will not be returning! The staff was rude and didn't even look up or smile when we talked in the door. We received no welcome at all. They had absolutely no bread stocked, the line was at least 3 tables down so we had to wait a good 30 minutes just to get our food because there was only two people and one was juat standing around like he had nothing to do. When we got to the counter we were informed that there was only wheat bread or honey oat remaining. There was only enough wheat for one 12 inch and one 6 inch the rest of the order would have to be on honey oat unless we wanted to wait another 25 minutes for wheat. My fiance didn't even bother ordering himself food at that point. Once finally getting our bread they took another 15 minutes to add everything else on to it and skimped on EVERYTHING!! I may as well have received bread, meat, and cheese!! I would not recommend eating here if you are hungry. I am beyond disappointed and will not be returning to this location. The DM should be ashamed of this stores...
