Casey's — Restaurant in Illinois

Cashier was not very nice this eve I've been in there plenty times with more than 7 customers in store she refused to wait on anyone on her register in til some of customers left a couple got tired standing there so they set stuff down n left . Both registers were open .the longer we stood there the more people came in door. So what was the issue? This is not first time I've heard complaints on her. Let's all try n make each other's experience a good one at Casey's. No one wants to be out but I know I spend a lot of cash there I would hate to have to go anywhere else. If she is playing power struggle cause she is in charge maybe she don't need that position. It makes y'all look bad. I love Casey's I'm in there all time. But this was not a good way to act . I wanted to rate it to zero I went to Casey’s at 720am this morning so I seen that there was no yellow sugar asked the lady that was stocking if they had anymore without her looking she said no then I said do you have anymore half and half creamer once again without looking said no she was more busy stocking then to help me out and she did see the line they had she didn’t care bout helping her coworker out no workers didn’t even said hello nothing this morning I never go to that store but it was close to we’re I needed to go if I knew it was going to be like that I would of just gone to Clearlake they are very helpful and nice I will never return to...

I love this store, great cooks for pizza! Only 2 stars because the new staff that has shown up latley are rude and unfriendly, mainly one older lady with long gray hair. This never used to be a problem, we tip the cooks each time we come, and were insulted when my husband was asked to remove his hood being a black male but there was a white gentleman in there at the same time wearing a hood and was not asked the same.
