Casino's Pizza — Restaurant in Illinois

This place was probably the worst pizza I have every had in my life and I have pizza pretty much at least once a week.

The person behind the counter could not understand me at all. I had to point on the ONLY MENU IN THE WHOLE STORE what I had wanted and after I pointed, she asked me two more times afterwards.

The place only had one menu and it had illegible scribbles on it. Turns out the awful handwriting said “old menu” but never had a updated menu.

I was overcharged and when checking out I told him how could I have know about the change since I just walked in and he said I should have looked online for the updated menu. I told him why didn’t you just print out a updated menu for your customers and he said he printed out to many of the old menus and he had to use them…but none of them had the correct prices.

The pizza was inedible. The only thing that was good was the crust.

TLDR: The food they have is disgusting. Do not waste your money and make sure to look at the hiked up prices online since there is no updated menu in the place. Amazing Jain & Vegan-Friendly Pizza Spot!

We had a fantastic experience at Casinos Pizza! It’s rare to find a place that’s so understanding and accommodating of pure Jain and vegan dietary needs, but Casinos went above and beyond. The staff and owners were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful as we placed our custom order. We even brought our own vegan cheese, and they were totally on board with using it—no questions asked, just genuine hospitality.

We tried the Deep Dish, Falafel, and Tostada pizzas, and all three were not only beautifully made (check out the photos!) but also full of flavor. It’s clear they take pride in their food and in making sure every customer has a great experience.

Honestly, would love to give a food review here but can't as they didn't even provide it.

I ordered online from Casinos website only for them to tell me after an hour they never got my order, then proceeded to order again chalking it up to a system error, and still, no order. When I called in to get it sorted out they told me I needed to get my refund through Doordash, even though I ordered and had two receipts DIRECTLY from Casinos website, and at no point was Doordash involved in the process, other than that's who they contract the delivery drivers out to. Not to mention the lady on the phone was zero help and really gave no attempt to help.

At this point, over a week later I still don’t have my money back on 2 different orders and had to end up disputing it with the bank.
