Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Illinois

I called and verified my address. They said they delivered. I screamed in excitement. I placed my order. I paid with my card. A while later... I received a phone call, my heart LEAPT with joy, assuming it was in regards to their arrival. False. It was in regards to their non arrival....EVER. Apparently, the THREE MILE DRIVE was simply tooooo far out of their boundaries.

If it wasn't 830 pm, I didn't literally just move in today, and I didn't have two young exhausted, hungry children, I'd have considered walking. Because I genuinely love Domino's pizza THAT much.

But this punk couldn't make the 6 minute drive directly down the same street it's located on after telling me it would be here? I get it, I'm sure TECHNICALLY he really couldn't. But still, it's not like anyone in the world is going to order a black olive and pineapple pizza tonight from there. What a waste.

And the kicker? He said he could SEE if he could get me a refund. Like...as if I didn't undeniably deserve one?

Sure buddy, want me to throw on a tip while you've got me?

Not to mention my tired kids having to stay up an extra hour after moving all day just to eat.

The manger who said he was the general manager, Adolfo I believe. Very rude. His demeanor, how he speaks. I had a issue with my pizza, as he stated the customer is always right, but continue to talk over me to shut me up. This my second time coming across this manager and definitely the last. The last time he accepted the pizza deal listed online, in the store. Didn't provide me a recipet, then short change me by 2 dollars. Today just confirm what I thought I knew. The ratings has dropped tremendously since the last mangers ran this establishment.I would highly suggest going to another location. pizza look like it was thrown together, hardly no toppings, nor did he care. He continued his sarcastic tone, with thar " have a nice day" he showed he could care less to correct it. and even told me sarcastically the customer is always right. I did tell him I was reporting it to corporate, ashe waited for me to get almost out the door he stated " I dont care ,you not scarring me" ...hmmmmm okay!! Dont come to this location. Rating dosent lie. check the ratings before the new managmemt had taken over.

oh! my son ordered approximately two months back. Over a hour...

Consistently great service and good food. Nice delivery folks too!

Edited: December 2023 - bizarre and severe drop in service. 1+ hour late deliveries without warning. Just ordered and had the order cancelled by the store 1+ hours later after waiting patiently. Phone calls go unanswered. Something is wrong here. I would order from elsewhere for now.

Edited again: January 2024 - happened again. Gave them another shot - hour+ to deliver a medium pizza, then the driver pulled up, opened his car door, got back in the car and left. No delivery, but reported as delivered in the app. Unbelievable. (We've kept the Nest video showing no delivery). Then when I called, 20+ minutes with no answer, rude person answered, no apology when I said what happened. Still awaiting a refund.

Used to be reliable and good pizza. No more. Go somewhere else.

For those wondering, the responses to these negative reviews on Google invite an email response. I provided it along with my order number. No response. No refund....
