I go here everyday for a coffee. That's usually it. Maybe once a month I'll "splurge" and get a sandwich. The over-priced products, at least for me, are not really the problem...
You know, you go somewhere and hand someone your credit card and there is supposed to be a level of trust there. They swipe, tap, or insert once and give it back to you along with the product. Simple business model.
However, just looking back at my statements from July 1st, 2025 onward, I was charged three times 7/14/25 ($12.69 total), twice 7/21/25 ($8.46 total), twice 7/28/25 ($8.46 total; seems to be a pattern here), three times 8/4/25 ($12.36 total), and three more times on 8/11/25 ($12.69 total).
So, I've pretty much been getting robbed on Mondays.
I go here once a day. I know exactly who is at the window on these days. This isn't a new worker just starting out either. And, there have been no refunds (clearly). But, this is just one person doing this. There are zero inconsistencies on any other day.
Needless to say, IF you go to this Dunkin, I recommend paying with cash. At the very least, check your bank account promptly after using your card.
Obviously, I will not be returning. And, I will relay my experience with this store verbally to everyone I know so as to spread awareness. So, be aware, my friends. There is dishonesty behind the drive-thru window on...
Read moreI am tired of these young lazy girls who act oblivious when being asked to make hot chocolate with MILK. If the manager isn't there to make my hot chocolate it comes out wrong every time. The other day I literally watched the manager show them how to make it saying it's the same concept as a frapaccino yet with milk because they made my order with water telling me it's premade which was a lie. This morning clearly the manager wasn't there. I ask for my exact same order & their confused...milk or cream they ask when I clearly say milk. Then when I tell them how the manager just showed them the other day, they retort, OH MY GOD!. I leave in disbelief this is fast food. I work in healthcare if you're upset because you don't know how to make a simple hot chocolate with MILK in the morning you don't need to be working at Dunkin. I will just ask for the manager every time now, Normally I would stop coming but more training is clearly needed. This is ridiculous. Not everyone drinks coffee, learn the concept...
Read moreA convenient place to get a terrible cup of coffee, prepared by people who are generally annoyed that you came to their location. Drinks with not enough cream or sugar, food items that they forget to prepare and then are super heated to a near atomic temperature (I actually received a breakfast sandwich last week that was so hot upon my first attempted bite more than 2mi down the road, that it burned my top lip to the point it scabbed), rude employees who will ask you why you’re still waiting at the window when they forgot to make your food, and incompetent employees who will make you wait more than 5min in line for food they haven’t began to prepare and they’re just now deciding to tell you they don’t have the ingredients to prepare. Finally, while you’re waiting for your trash from these incompetent people, you get to look at the disgusting ledge where they’ve clearly spilled much of their bile and never bothered to clean it. I’d love to see inside. Conveniently, it’s drive...
