Well, i had given 5 starts previously, as the food was great and the service was amazing, but I must change my review now, after one bad time I chalk it up to a bad day or rush, I'm all for giving chances but the last few times we've ate there it's been cold and not very tasty at all. When my mother's taco salad was cold the waiter took it and brought it back, all they did was microwave it! You can't microwave that, the lettuce and tomatoes turn to a hot mush. That's so wrong, u can't do that with a taco salad, and then mine was cold and he did the same thing. I will def not be back as it seems it has gone down hill.

Few years since I've been there, had a retirement party there today and the service was horrible it was literally our group and one other small table of like six people in the entire building and took them forever to come and take our drink order after they brought us our food we never saw them again for drinks we had to physically go up to the counter and wait for somebody to come out to ask for our drinks to be refilled. My boss is food was supposed to have cheese sauce on it and you couldn't even tell if there was any on it it was dry but she couldn't tell anyone because nobody ever came back to the table, two of my other friends one of which was the retiree got some kind of beef and cheese dish that was literally soup there was no thickness to it at all it look like runny milk. And we never got our checks, I had to go up and get mine and tell them what I had so that I can leave to go to work. They definitely have not improved any over the...

This place had horrible service & was outlandishly ridiculous on their pricing. All I ordered was cheese dip and chips. 2 little container's of cheese dip $4 a piece. Then I said some salsa too, now in most places that comes with the chips. Nope $6 for 2 little container's. Total price $18.36 or something for chips and dip.

Now I live in Joplin,mo so where I'm from we get chips a churry dip which comes in a huge foil pan with a lid plus salsa for under $10. That being said I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There again for $20 here at home I could get 2 full meals and chips and salsa for $20. Why on earth would you guys charge $20 for chips, cheese, and salsa. I mean I know you're off the highway but that doesn't give you the right to commit...

I have never been to this place before, it was my first time and I went with friends. The food was so bland with no seasoning, my chimichanga was soggy and dripping in grease. My friends food was also bland and had no flavor. The service was horrible, our waiter at first got our order all wrong, the sweet tea my friend ordered tasted like straight water. The only reason I'm giving them a 3 is because this really nice waitress came to us and saved our service. She helped out my friend and got our orders right. She seemed like she really cared about us and did not matter that there were two big parties already there. Like if you can't multi-task then you should not be a waiter...
