Horrible service waited over 32 minutes as my order was given away apparently to the wrong person. I questioned the wait after 30 minutes and was told” I don’t know by the employee” Asked for my money back and was told the only way to get a refund was on a gift card. Asked for a manager and was told that know manager would be available in the store until Tuesday (today is Thursday). Worse Starbucks customer...

Not sure if the people there are new but a white chocolate mocha is not supposed to look like a glass of milk with ice and taste like straight sugar. I wish I could show you a picture. They remade it and added caramel swirl in the cup... thankfully it tastes better but still not...
