We walked in around 9:40-9:45pm the other night and asked if they were still opened. The lady was working by herself and had 2 others dining in. She and said they were still opened. The whole entire time she was asking us what we wanted, she had an attitude and made us feel like a burden to her. If she didn't want to serve people, she could've just said no they were closing. I could feel her eyes rolling in the back of her head. I'm a server myself and have had bad days also but would never treat any customers that way. AND we even left her a $15 tip to make her day better but she was still so rude. In the end I asked for her name and she told me it was Kayla. I say this to say, please work on your customer service skills. Even if you are having a bad day. Be nice to others because you have no idea what the customers are going through also. And if you're having a bad day, take a day off - don't take it out...

I walking in subway where the gentleman was working alone not wearing a mask as he was filling the veggies and meats. He proceeded to fill them as i walked up to the counter didnt even say a word to me, didnt greet me no nothing. So i told him what i wanted to order after he was done. He still proceeded to not say anything to me just looked at me when he wanted me to say the next thing. Read moreI went in for a quick (haha) sandwich and personal pizza for my husband, grandson and I. There were two employees working. The guy was efficient but the short girl working was very distracted or just slow. It took her more time to fold the pizza box than it took for the pizza to cook. The other worker had to help her fold it. She put the pizza in the box with the paper (usually not done) and never cut the pizza! She just started cashing me out but I stated I wanted two more subs. I asked for the first sub and it took so long I decided to not ask for the other sub because I had to get back home for grandsons online school. I was in there 20-25 minutes for these.
