Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Independence

I typically have a good experience with dominos being cheap and pretty good but....after tonight I’m pretty set on sticking with papa John’s or Pizza Hut. Placed two orders the second order was delivered before the first then was told that the store did not offer discounts for the mistake they made. After being told the order I had placed first just came out of the oven and blamed it on being short staffed which I understand happens but it’s no excuse when it comes to customer service. Online it said 30-40 minutes waited an hour wondering where my order was just not worth the money or headache. I have rarely ever had issues with papa John’s or Pizza Hut you are better off ordering from them at least they offer discounts if your order is messed up or late. New dominos is really nice inside & family friendly. Everyone was sweet & gave my son a lot of attention. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because one of my topping were missing on one of my pizzas. When I called I explained what I had & name it was under. my orders are usually messed up at this location. on this last round, i ordered easy cheese and what i got was no cheese no sauce. they staff tried to convince me that it was ordered like that and when i showed my receipt showing it wasnt, they still wouldnt take responsibility. The time before that the tracker showed it was done but it never came out. Staff said "we'll get that out to you" aftwr checking the warmer area.
