Tea is my guilty pleasure and I have been waiting forever for a tea place to open up near me. When I found out an HTeaO was being built close to home, I got a little too excited Turns out, yelling for the construction crew to hurry up does not, in fact, speed up progress. It does earn mega eye rolls from a bunch of grown men with power tools, though. I have to admit, I have been here so many times since they opened. I can't get enough. Can I make tea at home? Sure I can. But, I swear, they add magic to their tea and their iced cinnamon honey macchiato with oat milk. Seriously, I could bathe in the stuff. And, hey, I'm spending my adult money on tea. It could be worse, mom! The staff has always been nice and welcoming. The store and parking lot is always clean. The free fruits typically run low, but I suppose that's to be expected. I do like that they have started separating them into individual containers. Good move! No more grubby fingers on the cherries and oranges I need for my Georgia peach tea! As of right now, I will continue to spend my adult money on tea... and the occasional cinnamon honey macchiato...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe found HTeaO while at a softball tournament in Shawnee, OK a couple years ago and fell in love!!! We went there every day we were in town and once we went twice that day. When we got home we were craving HteaO and the closest we could find was in AR, so we would drive there to get some tea every so often. Then they opened the one in Raymore and we were so excited that we wouldnāt have to drive as far. Then a couple weeks ago I found out they opened this one and am even more excited because now we only have to drive a little over an hour to get our tea!!! And my daughter loves that they will mix her own concoction in a gallon for her! So you will see us about every week or so for our tea fix! Canāt miss us, we are the ones walking out with the 4 gallons in the cowboy box plus the cups for the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGo here ASAP! Make sure you go in for the whole experience. Oh my gosh every single tea I tried was so good. You can taste the quality of the tea- they have both green and black, sweet and traditional in so many flavors. My favorite was the almond green and coconut black- mixed half and half and I'm hooked! The Texas Chai is so good I purchased an entire gallon. I definitely see myself stopping by here often- a medium tea ran me almost $4, but an entire gallon was only $7. The manager was so awesome, she walked me through all of the flavors and was super helpful. The only downside is there isn't any seating, or any place to chill. I'd love to be able to sit in the sun with a book and some tea, but I guess we can't have everything and the...
