Went to the Market Grill for lunch (23rd street location). After waiting 45 minutes for my chicken salad I finally had to ask for it to go. The bartender said there was only one cook and it took a long time to cook chicken. There was only two tables including mine in the restaurant. And the other table left to order their food at the cash register outside of the restaurant. My mom's sandwich was SUPER greasy and the fries weren't very hot. My salad was FULL of lettuce, a few pieces of chicken and about three croutons with a couple small bitesize pieces of burnt bacon. It only came with a very small container of dressing that didn't even cover half of the salad. If you're on a time restraint definitely don't go! It's sad because the Market Grill has a chance to be great...

I was one of 3 people in the restaurant but the waitress was very attentive and took good care to make sure I enjoyed my visit. The burger I ordered was truly delicious - very well-cooked, fresh and juicy. I had ordered tots with it, but she returned to tell me they were out of Tots per the chef - no problem, fries were fine. A few minutes after my burger came, the chef came out with hot tots telling me she had found some. Delightful experience made possible by staff who very obviously take pride in their job. ...

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The service was good. I had a tea and she offered a refill in a to go cup which was nice. The meal didn’t take too long to come out.
