Only 1 star because in the end the Manager finally stepped in and tried to correct the situation.
#1 Wendys is Slow, this is a fact.
#2 THIS WENDYS on Saturday around 1pm is WAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYY Slow, got 2 out of the 3 sandwiches wrong (my dad ordered a Baconator plain (he doesnt like the ketchup) and he originally wanted the sandwich only and changed his mind to the combo. I ordered a #2 no tomato. My mother ordered a chicken sandwich. My mother Never complains of anything, I dont know if hers was wrong or right (suspect she didnt care). My #2 was mostly right except it had mustard added to everything else. My dads Baconator had a single patty and a fat single piece of lettuce and cheese, no fries, no drink (this was found out later), I had noticed before I picked up the order it seemed like there were only 2 combos so I paid full price for a fry and a drink ("to make it a combo" per the cashier). My dad still cannot understand why when you order a BACONATOR plain you dont get bacon? Cheeseburger plain has cheese does it not? After about 10 min of my dad being mad and causing a scene (the order taker girl seemed oblivious or didnt care) the manager finally gave him what he wanted. We were told the BACONATOR comes in single or double patty variants and if you want a double you have to specify even though it is priced as a double on the menu. This was all after a 10 - 15 min wait for the food to start with. #3 Would I recommend Wendys in general yes, would I recommend THIS Wendys, never again. I would have better luck convincing my dad to eat tacos (he doesnt eat them and wont).

Read moreNew girl in the window. Made obvious by her very kind manager apologizing for newbies foul ups. No big deal, I've been new before. Getting to the window it went downhill and fast. Newbie was having a rough go of it. I ordered 3 large iced teas. She handed me one. I asked for a drink carrier. She replied "yes sir." Now, I'm no barbie, but pretty obviously not a sir. She wasn't paying attention is my point. She handed me my food bag. Missing the previously requested buffalo, not spicy buffalo, sauce. I requested same at the speaker. Also, 2 teas I didn't recieve. For that, I was asked to pull into a spot to wait. A little frustrated, I reminded her of the sauce and did what I was told. In my rear view, she's practically jogging with both teas against her, straws and sauce. No drink carrier. I was alone. And she said we don't have buffalo, so here's the hottest sauce we have. Ghost pepper. Again, not paying attention. I told her incident want them. After I secured all teas and drink from home I put it in reverse. Looked out my window and noticed, on her way back in, where there's a trash can, she chose to drop the "hottest sauce they had" in the grass. Trashy. Completely trashy. It is independence, but damn. Small suggestion to her on appearance....don't come to work with giant hickies on your neck. It's very unattractive. 291 is a bit of a drive, but I'll be making the trip shouldni get a hankering for wendys. $35 down the drain. The burger was great, all else went into mcdonalds trashcan. Read moreTERRIBLE!!! I am not one to leave bad reviews unless the service was TRULYY bad!!! Let me explain mine & my boyfriends experience... We went here because we thought that it would be quick service as it is supposed to be "fast food"... Ummm, NOPEEE!!! VERY, VERYYY SLOW service... We sat in the drive through for atleast 20 to 30 minutes. Once we got to the window I partly realized why... The cashier couldn't even count money obviously. My boyfriend had to ask him for the CORRECT amount of change numerous times before recieving it back... How hard is it?!?! The register should tell him how much exactly to give back so what was the problem?!?! The cashier was rude saying that he gave us all of it when he absolutely did NOT. As well as basically having to do the cashiers job for him/making sure we left with the right amount of change which he at first did not want to give us all it back til asked atleast 5 to 10 times, it also took FOREVERRR in the drive through, forever to get our food, the employee at the window was not friendly or properly trained for his job & apparently no one in the kitchen was either with how long we waited. Poor customer service & obviously management totally does NOT care or they'd attempt to make improvements... Very sad!!! I love Wendy's but I won't be coming back to this one specifically ever again.
