Subway — Restaurant in Indian Head

First time using app to order at this location no problems, second time they had to call because they were out of something ! no big deal, then EVERYTHING went down hill. The app stops working and when you say ok I'm here I will just go ahead and order it in person they have an attitude, and jack up prices with less meat. Order again with app, paid online ! money immediately comes out of bank account, go to pick up on time, " oh I'm sorry our system is down we didn't recieve your order" ok no problem here is my itemized receipt with exactly what was ordered how much it cost and what I paid. It says paid. Here's my banking app it has already come out of my account. NOPE. they wouldn't even make the sandwich with what I had because when you pay online apparently money goes to online and they have to wait for money so if I wanted my order I had to " call on line". When I call on line they say that that makes no since money is directly sent to branch upon placing order but they will send an email and they have 3 business days to rectify situation. NEVER MIND PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!!. This morning decided give it another go and sent my sons to order and pick up breakfast for four. We are in walking distance. They come back sorry mom no yellow eggs today only white. Ummm ok fine we will just get that instead. They quickly return sorry only had one white egg. THEY COULDNT TELL YOU THIS WHEN THEY SAIDVTHEY NO LONGER HADYELLOW EGGS ONLY WHITE EGGS????SERIOUSLY!!!!! DONE!!!! The food is still good but this location has become trash. For the last couple of months they haven't had diet Coke so if you get a meal you're required to have calories in your drink. The Ladies room hasn't worked in over a month. They started funneling us into the men's room recently and when I went there about 12 hours ago that was broken also. And the previous trip I went in and use the coupon the man charged me for something I didn't get so I had to wait around to be refunded I told him I had a coupon for just the sandwich that's what I want I bought my drink at Dollar tree and he charged me for chicks and I was like no that is not what I ordered and you did not hand me chips I was not holding chips there was no chips involved in my order I actually had a coupon for specifically a six-inch sub. It's just always a problem there now which sucks because it's the nearest fast food place to my house I like going there when I walk to Dollar tree from time to time. I've gone there since I was a kid they have really gone downhill lately I don't even think it's legal for an eating establishment to not have a bathroom. Yet both of them are now just labeled as...

By far the WORST subway I have ever visited. I arrived around 7pm and there was a sign on the door that said “Closed for 35 mins for a deep cleaning” even tho we was already waiting for almost an hour. After complaining a young girl finally turned on the lights and opened the door with a attitude when we went inside there were people (clearly the girls friends) hanging around inside and the place was still dirty so I doubt they were in there doing any cleaning. As soon as we left out the girl turned the lights back off and locked the door (her friends was still inside) and then before we could even pull off another young dude walked up and knocked on the door, they kept the lights off but unlocked the door and let him in then locked it behind them. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were in there smoking and drinking because they surely wasn’t working. Whoever runs this place seriously needs to hire new staff.
