Extremely poor customer service. My son place an online order after he got home from his 4 hour football practice. Estimated delivery time was 40 minutes. After an hour of waiting and the delivery tracker still not showing out for delivery, we called. Spoke with manager Robert who stated it was out for delivery. After an hour and a half I called again to speak with Robert to told me the same thing... that it was out for delivery. When I inquired about delivery times online and expressed my concern with the temperature of the pizza...Robert proceeded to explained that they were busy and the wait was over 2 hours for every delivery. I asked why wasn't we told that initially when we called and I would have picked up the pizza...Robert clearly got upset. I asked for the general manager name and he refused to give that out. I asked 3 separate times and he completely ignored me and put me on hold for 10 minutes. When I called back on another line, he answered and said he had to call his general manager to make sure ur was OK to give that info out. Mind u this was 12am at night. So he charged my son for a pizza delivery that he never received...refused to be empathetic to how this affected us... refused to send confirmation that the order was canceled and payment was refunded and refused to give the name of the general manager so I could forge a complaint. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Domino's location on August 30th, 2024. I placed an order for pickup at around 6:00 PM, and my friend arrived at the store around 6:45 PM to pick it up. Shockingly, we were told that the order had already been picked up by someone else, which was absolutely not the case.When we tried to resolve the issue with the staff, including the general manager, Sam, they refused to provide a replacement order or a refund. Despite multiple requests and a phone call to me, Sam was not willing to offer any assistance, leaving us frustrated and disappointed.I even went to the store the next day to speak with Sam in person, hoping to resolve the situation amicably. Unfortunately, the outcome was the same, with no effort made to correct the mistake or provide any form of compensation.This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a general manager. I hope that Domino's takes steps to improve its service and ensure that such incidents don’t happen to other customers...
Read moreI recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Domino’s Pizza on 1310-H Wesley Chapel Rd in Indian Trail, NC (often referred to as the Sun Valley location), and I can’t say enough good things about it! My pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings—exactly what you want from a Domino’s order.
What truly made this experience stand out, though, was the manager, Sam. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. His genuine care for customers was evident, and it’s clear he’s doing an amazing job running this location. Sam’s efforts put a huge smile on my face, and I could tell he takes pride in making every order special.
Sam’s communication and customer-first attitude at this Wesley Chapel Rd store really makes it a cut above the rest!
