Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Indian Trail

I ordered a pizza, 12 wings and the mini apple pies on Wednesday 2/21. The total was almost $32. The whole order was not great but my main complaint was the wings were wrong and my pizza was so cold the cheese was congealed. We called today and complained and was told they would give us 50% off another pizza but didn't say anything about the wings. Ok agreed the pizza was 50% off to begin with but does that mean the service and quality of 50% off too??? And what about my wings I paid full price for them to be wrong???? Well since the store management can't get this situation straight I have emailed pizza hit customer service maybe they will be a little more helpful. I ordered a combo meal with bread sticks and cinnamon sticks and a pepperoni with extra pepperoni pizza and when I arrived home and opened it there was barely any pepperoni on it. The bread sticks tasted like cinnamon sticks and the marinara sauce was cold. The icing for the cinnamon sticks had an oily film on top of it like it was years old. I mixed it up it looked better but the taste was horrible. Needless to say it didn't get eaten. It was a bad experience all the way around. It's hit or miss with this location. Traffic in Sun Valley/Indian Trail at certain times is an absolute nightmare. I live 8 mins away from this location. Sometimes it's here before I even realize. Other times it takes an hour or more. Once it was an hour and 45 minutes. Some delivery people are nice others couldn't care less. One time the boy was on his cell phone ordering what I swear to God was weed lol. I was thoroughly amused with that one. I mean it's fast food. You shouldn't really expect that much.
