I ordered a large order for my family on Christmas Day, 2023. I ordered at 4:15pm and was told 40 minutes it would be ready. I show up with my brother at 4:55, the cashier said our order wasn’t ready but would you like to go ahead and pay. I paid upfront, total was $111 and I gave her a $20 cash tip because it was Christmas. At 5:25 I went up to ask my orders status, she said they were working on it. 15 minutes later at 5:40 after our patience had worn thin I went back up and tried to ask the male manager, who ignored me and walked away to do something else. The female cashier said they were getting it together. At 5:55 I go up and have to raise my voice loudly a couple times to the manager to get him to acknowledge me. He comes out with a pen and paper and starts asking what I ordered. I ask “Wait, you haven’t even started my food?” People were coming and going with their orders. I had to tell the manager “Look, I paid when I got here and you all haven’t even started the food! I want a full refund!” He literally heard me, ignored me and walked to the kitchen. At 6:18 he comes up with a box and says sorry for the wait. At this point I am livid. I don’t even argue with him about my money back and start checking to make sure the food is right. He stops me while I’m checking and says it’s correct. I say I’m just making sure since you all have messed everything up and he stops me again and puts his hand over the food. The really enraging part is I get back to the house and of course the order is not correct as he forcibly promised it was. I don’t know what type of business person he is, but the entire experience is completely inexcusable and is absolutely ridiculous. I left the restaurant at 6:20. I have ordered large orders numerous times in the past for my family, this will never happen again and I’m still angered to the point of contacting the Better Business Bureau to report the obscene...
Read moreBeen here many many years as I graduated 13 years ago from Sun Valley. The negative commenters can use a little schooling on Language Barriers. Apparently what you think is rude is just the barrier of English. They come here and try their hardest to provide and make a living. The food is always great. I have literally ordered here over 100x. Not overpriced. Definitely large portions. The people saying they have large families and spend 50 to 60 each time should not go out if you complain of price. Imagine going to a regular restaurant with your “big family” your bill will be over 100 bucks for fake stuff. They cook to order.
Yes this is a long post but tired of everyone complaining. Not to mention most negative comments were during this bs pandemic. Give them slack. I’m ordering more after I post this.

Read moreIf I could, I would give this place 0 star. I’m Asian and my husband is Caucasian. I’m not a fan of this place because it doesn’t meet my standards for good Asian food. However, my husband likes this place and orders from here often. On the last order for pickup, he ordered some orange chicken for my son because it’s one of his favorite. My son refused to eat it and I couldn’t understand why until I tried a piece and realized it was nothing, but flour!! Out of all the pieces in the tray, there was like maybe 5 pieces that actually had chicken in it. The chicken piece inside was so small. I literally took a knife and cut through each pieces as you can see from my picture. Very disappointed in this place. Basically we paid to get a tray of fried flour balls instead of orange chicken. Would not recommend this place if you...
