went on tuesday night delicious pizza good service watched sports and then basketball games on many of the tvs good alcohol had my favorite adult beverage server put our game on for us we left very happy and glad we stopped in very few patrons but it was a cool damp rainy early tuesday night server was cool and had a good personality good quality pizza i recommend.

went there friday night. one server for entire place. then a manager. a cook. and then a busser/helper. definitely inefficient staff for the place, three tables to wait on and service was lacking. server was doing the best she could. our pizza was thrown together. toppings were thrown on and toppings were on wrong side. staff didn’t seem to know what they were supposed to do. we specifically asked for the 20.99 pizza a certain way. pizza quality good but not made up right. service lacking for follow ups.

update: lunch time. ordered via phone for pick up. pizza was still warm and delicious when we ate it back at our office.

update: one lady employee (server) dealing with dining room patrons. she was friendly. i think even with corona virus and limited tables,she still needs help. we waited an hour for our pizza. only three other tables were occupied. server finally in friendly manner explained there was a mix up with our and it would be another five minutes. we received the wrong pizza although the right toppings. we inhaled our pizza, paid and left. good quality although long wait. i could’ve eaten cardboard at that point as i was starving.

update: been there a few times since last update due to dinner companion likes this place. it has alcohol so all right! most servers seem impaired or under the influence. sorry to say. quality of food consistent. some patrons come just to drink. workers preparing take out and delivery. service friendly. good selection of alcohol. appetizer with...

Visited there from out of town. The food was ok, the drinks were a decent price. The staff acted rushed even though the place was mostly empty. Paid with my credit card, and when the waitress Rebecca brought me the receipt it was for a different amount. I questioned the waitress and she said, "Oops I gave you the wrong receipt." She CLAIMED she got my table and another tables receipt mixed up but that I was charged the right amount. I ordered a kids bonelss wings, a salad, and 2 Coors in the can at $1.50 each. The total bill for the correct receipt she gave me was $17.63. Later when my bank statement showed the transaction, she charged my card $27.68!!! I was nice enough to leave a $10 cash tip on the table. Obviously since she is a thief she didn't even deserve that! I have called the restaurant several times. The first time I left a message and got no return, the second time I spoke with a man when I requested a manager, and this man apologized and said that it happens a lot at their restaurant and I needed to speak to Kirk the owner so he can fix it. I left a message and never got a return call, I have left several messages and have never heard back. I hope the waitress enjoyed her $10 tip she took for herself....at this point I am sure it was not an accident. Oh, and if the manager sees this my check number was 412810 Table 15 server 358 1:24PM 4-18-2015. I was charged for check number 412807. I'd rate this place zero stars if I could, and its not for lack of trying VARIOUS locations. They simply get their act together. In Jeff, I was told my order was wrong and late because it was MY fault for using THEIR online ordering system. "That's why people usually call their order in." Yeah, that's an outstanding business model. Go with that. "INTERWEBS BAD! " Delivery area is a joke. When it was 5 miles away they delivered, now its 2 miles and they don't. The one in New Albany was a waste of time as well, went in an hour before they closed and couldn't even get a full menu order. I've tried this place time and again and it's always ended in disappointment, across ALL locations. It's my fault I'm sure, I just love crappy service for sub par "Louisville style" pizza. What does that even mean? I understand New York style, and Chicago style. But "Louisville Style?" Maybe it means no matter what you order it wont be on...
