If I could give a zero I would. But I am gonna say I was accused of stalking one of the managers. And when I tried to explain that she was lying, I got told she “is an assistant manager so why would she lie.” First off just because she is a assistant manager and older and a female doesn’t mean she wont lie. Just because she is an ASSISTANT MANAGER doesnt mean she will always tell the truth. And plus why would I ever waste my precious time stalking a NOBODY? And I was told that I had made her uncomfortable… When I had done nothing to her? So at that point she was basically uncomfortable of my presence? Plus if I had so called stalked Emma how would the other manager know even though he wasn’t working the day before. And the guy (another manager) that came up to me was talking about stuff from yesterday? WHEN HE WASNT EVEN THERE YESTERDAY? So it makes him irrelevant. So I dont know why he even came up and tried talking to me? And if I was allegedly stalking Emma why didnt she come up to me and talk about it? So instead of her talking to me about me allegedly stalking her she waits a day to tell her boss? None of this is adding up. And you whoever the other manager was, you cant be talking about something that allegedly happened yesterday when you werent even there to witness it? So therefore whoever you are, you are IRRELEVANT. And I thought the customer was always right but now iam not right? Second off I got called “distracting” by a manager named Mya. First off I was not being distracting I sat there in silence the only times I talked to the workers were when there was no customers to serve. So please I would love to hear why I am “distracting”. And if you dont have a reasonable answer dont go off on a TEENAGER and call them distracting for no reason. If you guys have actual evidence of me stalking emma I will be glad enough to come down to dq and see it for myself. If you dont have actual evidence or a reasonable answer on how I am stalking Emma please dont make up lies and try to frame a TEENAGER. The food is usually fresh and delicious and somewhat speedy. The service was alright to begin but now it is more than dismal at times to say the least. During the one year anniversary day on April 20th I had purchased an ice cream cake for the "free double burger for a year" coupon. Each week had went alright to get it but I understand younger workers in the evening are not the most in the loop when it comes to promotional deals or how to apply them to the transaction, which is the whole point of one star. Today on 6/17 I went for my free weekly double burger, unfortunately my card was punched for the current and the following week (6/19) which has not happened or occurred yet. When asking why, I was informed it was due to it not being the current week. Which points to the issue that, I noticed early on with the card of the false advertisement of for a week. Up until today it had never been an issue and a week was treated as a week. Today I was told I missed the current dates week which is only for four days out of the seven day week the business operates. On top of the silent doing of hole punching the following week which has not occurred in 2024 yet, my coupon only took off the small blizzard I added. Which I imagine cutomers are not just coming for the free item but adding more items to the order, let's be honest that is a waste of gas in this economy. It sucks cause I enjoyed my weekly run up there and have shared the card with others with similar results. Beware if you purchased the coupon books for a free item a week for a year, the week is only four days long. If anyone wants the book it is up for grabs, I think $20 is fair since the cake was $33, plenty of weeks left to use it just is a complete hassle and sometimes you are not compensated on what it is for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The boy Jensen and the girl who took my order were very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I was picking up food for my mother in law who specifically asked for Dairy Queen and was met with nothing but disrespect. My order was simple. All I asked for was a 6pc tender basket with onion rings and honey bbq sauce. When the girl told me (disrespectfully) they didn’t have honey bbq, I understood and asked my mother in law what sauce she would like instead. The girl working window then said in a disrespectful tone all the sauces they had to which I responded “I’m not talking to you, i’m talking to the person i’m ordering the food for.” And the girl got offended and continued being disrespectful. Once I pulled up to the window, Jensen told me to just leave (after I had just paid for my order) and to never come back. (Which I won’t be. Not because he said so, but because the children working there lack professionalism) I always went to this specific location for food for my family because it’s the closest to home, but never again. I don’t want that location receiving any more of my money.
