I placed an order tonight online. There was some confusion on my part and thought I went I chose pickup. Went to the drive through. He said that it went out for order. I gave the guy a very good tip to give to the driver because I didn’t put it on the bill thinking I chose carry out. I get back home and my wife and daughter said that the driver was very rude asking about the tip and we could pay now. My wife had to get up from my sick 2 year old to go and try to find this guy money. Not knowing that I made the mistake. So this guy got 2 generous tips. Knowing the fact that my daughter works at the SW Pizza Hut she said that is not the right behavior they are taught. So I called the manager and told her how her driver was rude. She completely blew me off and had zero empathy. But the good news is I got a 10 dollar credit. I ended up paying over $50 for 2 med 2 topping pizzas including tip. Don’t make your customer feel they have to tip and you’ll get better tips. It should be expected. However if someone doesn’t leave a tip go back to your car don’t say a thing and cuss that person out as your driving away...
Read moreI ordered from this location for my son's slumber party in April this year and the pizza we got was not only wrong but wasn't even close and we had to throw it out. When we called, the woman I spoke to was very helpful and offered to replace it or give us a credit. We took the credit. I called tonight to redeem our credit and was told that they expire after 28 days. The manager asked me if anybody had told us that they expired and when I told her they had not she didn't offer to extend it as a courtesy. Nobody had mentioned that our credit would expire or else we would have used it instead of feeling like we just lost out on our money. We paid for a pizza that we didn't even get to eat, that we didn't order. I work in the restaurant industry and have for 15 years and if this would have happened at ANY of the places I worked, we would have extended it as a courtesy. Read moreI don’t know why the app would only let us choose this location for delivery, but it did. I would’ve rather had the DuPont location. The pizzas were cut so weird, there was several really skinny pieces like and inch wide and some of it wasn’t even cut at all. The cookie was shoved in with cheesesticks, which was fine, but there was cheese on the cookie. This is one of the big reasons I HATE tipping before I receive our food/service. The delivery guys was nice, no issue there but the food itself was in poor condition. There was soooo much crust and hardly any cheese on the cheese pizza. The crust took up half the pizza.
