Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Indiana

My wife just ordered from here for lunch. Got home and opened my sandwich and it was wrong. My wife called and they gladly delivered me the correct sandwich. I am leaving a 5-star review because of their excellent customer service. I don't know of too many restaurants that would have offered that. The person my wife spoke to on the phone was understanding and professional as well as the delivery driver.

My order: Beach Club #12, what I received was a beach club with no bread. I have to admit that I ate some of the turkey and tomatoes from the wrong sandwich due to being on lunch break.

We come to this location a lot and from this experience I will continue to support this location....

Stopped on way home from work. Wanted easy tonight for dinner. I ordered a club lulu in a wrap. I got club lulu wrapped partially in lettuce and the other part in shredded lettuce. Seriously? When she answered the speaker she was laughing so hard she could barely talk. I get having fun at work but not doing your job correctly and not listening is costing you customers. They're like any other Jimmy John's so the food is good...but they said they don't deliver even though I live less than 3 miles away. So, my husband and I go in taking our 3 month old son. And he poops and spits up all over himself, like babies do. My husband goes to the bathroom and there's no diaper station, not all mens bathrooms do. So, I take him and there isn't one in the woman's bathroom either. I ended up going to my car and changing him there. It's a small thing but it means a lot...
