I ordered food and a drink twice in 2 weeks. The fella that delivered my food was drenched in cologne and so was my food and drink...DISGUSTING.... I let it go the first time, the second week I ordered food and drink again and had it delivered and it was the same guy with the same nasty cologne. I couldn't drink my drink, my food stunk! It really seemed like he sprayed my food and drink with cologne. It was so strong. DISGUSTING! I called and spoke with a manager and they did not offer anything to me, for not being able to eat or drink the $25 order I placed! Delivery order over an hour late. Called twice and was told twice order was on its way. Called a third time (at the 1 hour late mark) and was told they were bagging it up then. Asked to speak to the manager and got an attitude and was offered to have them cancel the order or wait for them to deliver it. Horrible customer service. Pathetic. **Update - food arrives missing a sandwich, so I call back. Talk to the manager. Tell her I’d like the sandwich and a refund. She hangs up on me. Whoever you had working tonight was amazing. The man who seemed to be the manager in a tyedie type hoodie was super kind, super knowledgeable and super helpful. I manage restaurants for a living, give this man a promotion/raise bc you need his loyalty. I have been to this location several times in the past and never seen this man, and also never had the great level of service or quality of food I got tonight.
