Extremely unprofessional management but I guess I shouldn’t even be surprised in today’s work environment, I applied to work at this restaurant, And multiple times was told to wait and call back over about a three week period. The second to final time I called, I was told to wait a few days and call back and I would finally get somewhere with somebody, when I called for the final time. I was told they had just hired three people by the manager and that they couldn’t fit me, I was literally calling them for almost a month, keep in mind I was told by other employees besides management “we need people who wanna work” So what was wrong with hiring me? Many fast food managers show this exact behavior in my experience, this usually stems from a combination of laziness and “it’s not my problem” attitude. My fiancé and I went there since he hadn't been in a while and I wanted to try it. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food, every thing about each sandwich was wrong, the bread was hard and tough, and the fries looked like they had sat under a heat lamp for 3 hours, not to mention the entire container of fries were the tiny hard ends of the fries. Both of our meals were completely disgusting, especially for the price of them! Both workers in there had long hair that looked like they hadn't washed in days, no hair nets, no gloves, no masks and played on their phones instead of making our food. Read moreGot there almost right at 10:30. Service was excellent. Food was ready fast. Ordered a classic club, however it was missing the bacon. For $21 for the entire meal the bacon should have account for a a few dollars easily lol. Disappointed in that. I didn’t say anything bc I’m sure it was an honest mistake. Biggest complaint is the deep cleaning the place really needed. Tables sticky, stains on the trash can and around the drink machine area. I’ll still go back, but I would expect my restaurant to be very clean if the employees had nothing to do (one playing on their phone).
