Date of incident: 11/13/20
Time: 3:37pm -4:25pm (approximately)
On the above time and date, my family and I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location for an early supper. We helped ourselves to a seat, and I took this time to use the restroom. I found it in horrible condition, with urine pooled on the floor under all the urinals. The whole bathroom was quite pungent, and the sink was extremely dirty with hair in the drain and water stains covering the fixtures and mirror. Once I arrived back to the table, I found that no server had arrived to even begin our order. It took several minutes for the server to come over and take our drink order. It was at this time I noticed 3 employees standing at the front door/hostess stand, and all 3 were just talking and laughing. For the duration of my visit, those 3 servers stood there and never left their spot. When our server arrived, he brought my partner and I's food first. It was about ten minutes before he brought out the order for one of my children, and 4 minutes after that, the final order for my other child. The wings that my partner and I ordered were old and gotten quite solid, and they contained irregular and misshapen pieces, some of which were more breading than meat. My partners orange chicken sauce had an odd plastic taste to it, she refused to finish them and I dont blame her. The server also forgot to bring us silverware and kept placing items in the table within reach of our 11 month old. The server also was extremely quiet, offered no read-back of the order, and was not paying attention when a refill of drink was necessary. He honestly seemed like he wasn't interested is providing a service to us. The mac-and-cheese was extremely runny and the noodles didn't taste fully cooked. At some point in time, another server approached to let us know our original server went home, but we were already done with this dining experience so I simply asked for my check. In the meantime, I overheard extremely loud profanity from the kitchen and witnessed two employees apparently kissing with dollar bills between their faces right in the middle of the dining area. Even their takeout boxes have adopted the employees work ethic, as it fell apart as soon as it was placed in the car.
I can assure you I'll never visit this location again, and will likely avoid other Buffalo wild wings in the future, based upon my experiences in this restaurant.
0/10, do not annoy the employees with your money and requests for service, you'll have a better experience (and save money) by...
Read moreOn 6/3/21 before 6 pm we were told to wait 5-10 min for a seat because of a "large party" while we could clearly see half of the store seating empty. In the amount of time we waited (15 min) we watched at least 25 people be told the wait could be 30 min or more and countless people say "no thanks" and leave. All as confused as we were over a party that seemingly did not exist. 15 min later we were seated to an empty table we could see the entire time we waited with a waitress that was waiting for tables to be seated so she could work. This so called "party" never arrived and never left, if they were somewhere we couldn't see. Within the hour we were there, people who waited for 30 min, were seated at the same empty tables we could see the entire time and served by the same waitresses we could see standing around waiting for tables. I have no idea what was going on but the "seating time" was horrendous for at least 40 people in small groups and for absolutely no reason. If there was a party they were invisible. If there wasn't a party it was a terrible excuse for whatever the real problem was. We will not be returning since this locations seems to value certain clientele over others. Paying customers waited for no real apparent reason or were turned away. Seems like...
Read moreFrom the beginning the waitress brought my water and my husband ordered a yuengling beer. He waited over 10 minutes and had to flag down the waitress to see if she ordered his beer. The waitress said we do not have a bartender on staff I was waiting for someone to pour it. They brought our appetizers we had to flag down waitress for plates to put her appetizer food in. Then noticed we did not have napkins to wipe our mouths. Had to flag down waitress again to get napkins to wipe our mouths and fingers. Halfway through eating our appetizer I had a hair in my nachos of the appetizers had to pull it out and throw it on the ground. We told the waitress she said that's terrible. We did not make a scene, we were reluctant to eat anymore food off that platter. We finished some wings and called it a day. This happened on the 1st of May 2022 around 12:30 p.m. if you want to see the truth look on your video and you will see me pull the hair out of the nachos so that's why you have a zero...
