Starlite Pizza — Restaurant in Indiana

2 weeks ago we went there with our 14 month old grandson. We walked on the door and he got sick. I was embarrassed because they were full, they brought me towels so I could clean it up. No one offered to help me. I cleaned it up, took the towels back and they give me a spray to spray over it. Not once did they ask if he was okay, not once did they offer to help. I was really upset and embarrassed . I had gone to Starlite for a long time, it is my favorite pizza. I said I would never go back. Well family came to town, my daughter is getting pinned from college . I really wanted to celebrate soon I called Starlite and told them we would be there at 6 and told them how many would be there. We get there, table reserved and I thought this is going to be great! Wrong. We ordered, appetizers took forever and came out cold. Ordered our pizzas, 1 waitress 2 in kitchen not that busy but it took over 1 hour. We actually ended up taking it to go, we had been there 2 hours. Love this place but never again . So...

We've eaten here before and the pizza has been good but it has been a while since our last visit and it seems to be lacking. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with bacon and onions. After immediate inspection, they didn't put any onions on the pizza. The remedy offered was to give me some onions to put on my pizza. Huh? I could have waited for them to make me a new one but I had a hungry wife waiting and it had already been 20+ minutes and I wasn't going to wait for them to make me a new one, after all, it was just onions. However, when I got the pizza home and made a closer inspection, it looked like they just threw the chicken and bacon bits in the middle. As you can see in the photo, there are little to no chicken or bacon around the edges. Not only that, the BBQ that is the "sauce" of the pizza was virtually non-existent. We stopped by after visiting another shop nearby because the air smelled so good. We were very pleased. The foccatia bread was homemade and so tasty. I got the beef and peppers over linguini. My husband got the lasagna. Everything was very fresh and well cooked. I didn't realize the dish I got was green peppers, and I don't like them, so I ordered their chicken Alfredo instead. I took the beef home for my mom, who said it was fantastic. The Alfredo sauce was fresh made you could tell and very flavorful. My husband's lasagna was so filling and full of meat which is important for him. You can tell by tasting how much they really care about their food.
