The service I received was not great. I had to ask questions about the menu and the girl that I asked kept scoffing at me, and rolled her eyes at her coworker about me as I was asking questions. I have a small stuttering problem and I perceived her reactions towards me as her mocking me because of this. I had five people in my party and I was ordering for all of us and every time I told an employee what each of us wanted they walked away to make it, then another employee would come up and ask me what else we were having. So total I had 4 people make one order. I then paid and waited for our full order to be made. After I was handed the second banana split we ordered the girl that was rude in the beginning asked why I was still standing there since our order was "done" and she said I needed to move because I was blocking other people from receiving their orders. I then told her I had not received my full order yet to which she said that I should have told her in the beginning that I had more than one ice cream order. I told her, well I would have if you didn't walk away from me, then she rolled her eyes again. I would highly suggest training employees how to treat the public and how not to discriminate over disability or anything else. The ice cream was great, but I don't know if I would ever return because of this experience. I don't feel like being treated like the popular girls are making fun of me. This isn't high school. It was my first trip. I was the only one inside. I didn't know right off where I was supposed to go, but figured that I should go to where the cash register was...a few feet away. Customer service was great. I had heard that there were non-dairy options. So, I was excited because I'm lactose intolerant. There were two nondairy flavors (a disappointment because I was expecting more based off word of mouth; the cashier said they rotated flavors). Unfortunately, one was soy based. Soy is a no-no for me. I ended up getting a regular ice cream. Hopefully, I won't be too badly effected.

The limited nondairy options is why I went with a 4. But, it really is based off my EXPECTATIONS not being met, not on actual deficiencies.

Tasty high-end ice creamery. One of the best things about it is that they have a drive through. Competitors like Ritter's or Paddyshack don't have this option so if you're craving ice cream and want something better than Dairy Queen and don't feel like getting out of the car (or several kids), this is an option! It's not very big inside, although it's decorated cute but minimally. It's higher on the price side, but it is supposed to be more high-end ice cream.
