Rossini Pizza of Granger — Restaurant in Granger

We have ordered pizza from here and always been pleased with quality and service. Ordered 2 pizzas at 4:25 with an expected time of 4:55pm. Usually expected time for pizzas is no longer than 15-20 min. There was one other person waiting for her pizzas. Female employee took my payment and then proceeded to help make pizzas without washing hands. I arrived at 4:47 and they hadn’t even started my pizzas yet. Two other customers came in after me and had to wait as well. Phone was not ringing and it was not busy. All the employees were in teens or early 20’s. The dough maker was wearing sandals with no socks which is against food guidelines. The male employee with longer brown hair also took his styrofoam dinner to office to eat and did not wash hands before making pizzas again. Took pizzas to family event and had to order from another restaurant as they were so thin and undercooked on bottom that you could not pick up the pizza.
