When we placed our order my husband ordered fish and chips (fries) He was then asked what side as it included the side is what was conveyed to us.He chose cole slaw. When our food came out his plate consisted of one small piece of fish, no fries and a bowl of cole slaw. I asked where his fries were and they said well you substituted the fries for slaw. No so, again see what was said. When I looked at the order receipt it clearly states Add fish and chips add coleslaw. Again it was not was was told or on the menu and to have been charged $15 for one piece of fish is shameful. The waitress said she was new one week, however; other waitress said the same thing. I gave the waitress a tip only because she was new and told us she was sorry. I have never ever been to a restaurant that is this overpriced for what you get or not get. I will never ever recommend this restaurant. By the way I am not an inexperienced person in dining out. I am over 70 and have traveled all over. Never came across a restaurant that angered me except for one and you were just added to that list. One other thing my husband was angered at. The manager or head waitress listened partially to his complaint but then walked off before he...

Way too overly priced for food that was not good. As for customer service I was not pleased with how we were serviced. My brother and I ordered Ribeyes and the waitress messed up and put in one ribeye and one sirloin for the cooks. She then proceeded to asks if we were okay with it. Because if we sent it back it would come out of her pocket. Normally I wouldn’t complain but there was a significant size difference in the sized steaks. She then insisted that we simply just swapped plates but the steaks weren’t cooked the same way. She then said the cooks can cook the ribeye longer. I then proceeded to ask if I can get new fries and she said yes. And they mixed up the sides and put fries and Mac n cheese on the plate when I didn’t order Mac n cheese. When I got the food they served it back on the same plate and just scooped the Mac n cheese off and the fries had cheese on them from that. We have never had service like this so we did not tip. We were asked why we didn’t and explained but they just called us names and said we can’t afford them and told us to not come back. Extremely disappointed in the service they where so...

If they’re trying to go out business, they’re well on their way. I have never been so embarrassed by an establishment that’s supposed to provide hospitality to the point it made me cry. I tried to take my weekend guests here for a nice dinner and was met with pure anger, hostility, and aggressive rudeness. Their website encourages making reservations, which we did. We arrived to an empty restaurant and asked if we could sit outside, which resulted in me and my guests being bullied and berated. Again, there was one inside table occupied and absolutely empty on the patio. We were told that it was their policy that if you made a reservation, you MUST sit inside. No excptions. We tried very politely to resolve the situation which made seemed to make them even angrier. The awful waitress felt now felt it necessary get the cook to get involved and bully us. Needless to say, we left very upset with our afternoon ruined and ended up at The 6 which thankfully made up for one the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. They were kind welcoming and provided us with exceptional service. 5...

Food was excellent. I had the blanco flatbread and it was super yummy! My friends had the club and the grilled cheese, both thought they were tasty also. The building was a little hard to find. My GPS took me too far the wrong way. The Bistro is in the middle section, with the bait and tackle on the front and the YoYo place on the back end. There is a large parking lot across the street. We dined on the back patio in the shade. We were warned there might be bees but we wanted to be by the water and watch the boaters. The Bistro was trying to attract the bees to the overflow section of the outside dining and we kept an extra menu to swat at any unwanted insects and it was not bad at all....well worth being outside in the gorgeous weather!

Best parts of this place seem to be the drinks and service. Great waiter who was very attentive. Bloody Mary was okay, good consistency but on the sweeter side with a small kick. I ordered the Mahi-Maui fish n’ chips. The fries were good and crispy but the fish were basically sticks and were somewhat rubbery. For the price, definitely not worth it. The batter would have been a lot better if the fish were bigger pieces. The rest of my group liked the food but nothing stood out. Had the crab dip for appetizer which was flavorful and very creamy but the crab was scarce. Given the limited restaurants, not a bad place to eat but I would stick the the more simple options.

Small restaurant. We waited about 45 mins before our order was taken. About 2 hours til we received our food. Some of the food was good. The crab cakes were really greasy and over priced. The male server was overwhelmed or something. He was a bit erratic, short and snippy. His frantic energy made us uncomfortable. We ended up with a young female server that did a wonderful job. Great view if you sit outside.
